On Monday afternoon Jennifer Garner was spotted leaving lunch at Tavern in Brentwood, and the 40-year-old mother of three showed off her slimmed down bod in a pair of pants we haven't seen her wearing since, well, ever!

Jen gave birth to the couple's third child just 8 months ago, and while she previously said that she wasn't in a hurry to lose the baby weight, she definitely looks slimmer now than she did 8 months after having her daughters Violet and Seraphina!

So what's her secret? Last month Jen told reporters at the New York premiere of her new comedy Butter that her trick to keeping her figure looking trim is to "double up on the Spanx." Hmm ... we're not buying it!

Kim Kardashian and her sister Kourtney were out and about in Miami today filming their reality show, and it doesn't appear as if Hurricane Sandy is giving the girls any problems... in fact, the breezy weather gave the brunette bombshell a glam windblown look as she posed for the cameras!

"Back in Miami now. Missed the storm. I'm praying for everyone on the East Coast. I hope everyone is safe!" the 31-year-old tweeted.

The reality stars might not be battling the natural disaster, but they might be battling makeup retailer Michael Rey in court soon! The co-owner of Chroma Makeup in Beverly Hills is threatening to sue the K sisters over their Khroma makeup line, claiming that the name they chose is too similar to his own and it will threaten the reputation of his brand. The Keeping Up with the Kardashians stars apparently aren't worried, as they have already filed requests for trademarks of the name.

Enrique Iglesias is ditching his shirt in his new music video for "Finally Found You."

The sexy 37-year-old Latin heartthrob is giving fans a look at his washboard abs and bare chest ... oh yes, please!

Iglesias, who reportedly turned down an offer to host The X Factor, said he declined to join the show because he wanted to make more music. Good choice!

Reese Witherspoon took her newborn son Tennessee James to the doctor for a check up on Monday, and the Oscar winner let her nanny do the heavy lifting when it came to carrying the baby to and from the car.

On Friday night Reese made her first red carpet appearance since giving birth at the opening of the Rag & Bone store in West Hollywood, and over the weekend she took son Deacon to his soccer game in Brentwood. She sure is one busy mama!

Justin Bieber posted a photo of his new owl tattoo on Instagram yesterday, and he wrote, "Befo the paps get me." Maybe he's joking? We wouldn't exactly go out of our way to hunt him down just to take a pic of the giant bird inked onto his forearm...

Bieber now has a total of eight tattoos, including the Japanese Kanji symbol for music on his right arm, the word "Believe" on his forearm, a crown, a praying hand on his leg, a bird on his hip, the Hebrew word for Jesus on his ribcage and an image of Jesus on his left calf.

Hulk Hogan has settled a civil lawsuit he filed against against former friend and Florida shock jock Bubba the Love Sponge (real name Todd Clem) for being involved in the release of a sex tape starring the wrestler and Clem's ex-wife.

Although the terms of the settlement are being kept confidential, it appears both parties are pleased with the outcome. Clem issued a public apology to Hogan on his radio show after the settlement.

"I am now convinced that Hulk Hogan was unaware of the presence of the recording device in my bedroom. I am convinced [Hulk Hogan] had no knowledge that he was being taped... It is my belief that Hulk is not involvef, and has never been involved, in trying to release the video, or exploit it, or otherwise gain from the video's release in any way," he said in the statement.

Hogan's personal attorney David Houston said, "Mr. Bollea is pleased that Mr. Clem finally stated the truth and apologized for his false statements."

Hogan's $100 million civil lawsuit against Gawker Media for releasing clips of the sex tape is still pending. Hogan's court date to request an injunction has been set for Nov. 8.

Anderson Cooper's daytime talk show, Anderson Live, will not be renewed for a third season.

Warner Bros. announced Monday that this season of the show will be its last. "We are extremely proud of Anderson and the show that he and the entire production team have produced," the studio said in a statement. "While we made significant changes to the format, set and produced it live in its second season, the series will not be coming back for a third season in a marketplace that has become increasingly difficult to break through. We will continue to deliver top-quality shows throughout next summer."

Cooper still has his CNN series Anderson Cooper 360, and he said in a statement, "I am very proud of the work that our terrific staff has put into launching and sustaining our show for two seasons. I am also grateful to Telepictures for giving me the opportunity, and indebted to viewers, who have responded so positively. I look forward to doing more great shows this season, and though I'm sorry we won't be continuing, I have truly enjoyed it."
