Apparently Charlie Sheen's ex's are on friendly terms!

Brooke Mueller and Denise Richards took their respective children with the Anger Management actor to the pumpkin patch today, and we have to give the two bombshells some applause for spending time together for the kids sake!

This isn't the first time in recent months they've been spotted together, either! Just a few weeks ago, Richards and Mueller took their children to the Malibu Country Mart for some lunch and toy shopping.

Rumor has it that the Wild Things actress helped out with Mueller's twin sons Bob and Max during her time at a substance abuse treatment center, and now that she's clean and sober it appears she still wants Denise in their everyday lives.

Way to go you two!

January Jones went to work up a sweat as she headed to her yoga class in Silver Lake on Sunday.

The 34-year-old Mad Men star spent the weekend with her baby boy Xander running errands and even squeezed in some shoe shopping at Wee Soles. Glad to see her able to multitask so effortlessly!

We haven't seen her in a while!

Sandra Bullock took her adorable son Louis to the pumpkin patch today, and seeing her reminded us of how little we've caught a glimpse of the Oscar winner since she adopted her baby boy in 2010. We think she's probably shielding the little one from Hollywood by hunkering down at her Austin, Texas ranch, but we love a good Louis spotting every once and a while!

The brunette actress has been on location in Boston shooting her upcoming film The Heat. The 48-year-old plays an FBI agent who teams up with police officer Melissa McCarthy to take down a Russian mobster.

We're happy she's so focused on work and motherhood, but when is this A-lister going to find love again? It has been over two years since she split with cheating husband Jesse James, and the only whispers of romance we've heard since then was a rumored relationship with Ryan Reynolds, which both stars denied. Not that it matters now that he's married to Blake Lively!

We hope Sandy finds a good man someday soon!

We're talking a dinner with the whole family, cruising on a private yacht in Portofino and the party didn't stop there! Not only did Gwyneth Paltrow share a smooch with her hubby after sipping some undoubtedly pricey wine, but we caught her with -- gasp! -- a fist full of carbs earlier in the day.

Though Gwyneth follows a strict meal plan most days, she recently told InStyle that she does give in to her cravings for carbs every once in a while. "My indulging is a fresh baguette with cheese and a glass of red wine or french fries and fried zucchini," she said. Hey, there's no better time to cheat on your diet than your birthday!

While Nahla received a big hug from mom Halle Berry, Gabriel Aubry didn't exactly get the same treatment when he dropped off the former couple's child at the Pumpkin Patch in West Hollywood on Monday afternoon.

Gabriel has weekend visitation rights, and after handing Nahla over to Halle, the hunky model looked down in the dumps. Maybe he's fearful that Halle will get permission to move to France with their daughter? The Oscar winner has been fighting for months to get a Los Angeles judge to approve of the move, citing the presence of paparazzi in Los Angeles as the main reason she wants to relocate. Funny, isn't France where those scandalous topless photos of Kate Middleton were taken?

Nick and Vanessa Lachey welcomed son Camden John on Sept. 12, and now the new parents are showing off the first pic of their bundle of joy on Twitter! "[Nick] and I are honored and humbled to introduce you to the new Love of our lives, Camden John Lachey," the Wipeout hostess captioned the sweet snapshot.

This is the first child for the couple, who married on Necker Island in July 2011. Is it just us, or does the little boy like a perfect combination of his mom and dad? We see Minnillo's hair and skin coloring, but the 1-month-old's nose looks just like the former boy bander!

"Camden is easily the most amazing thing that has happened in my life. Vanessa Lachey and I are truly blessed," the proud papa wrote on Twitter shortly after the birth.
