Bristol Palin was snapped arriving at a rehearsal for Dancing With The Stars on Sunday, and the 21-year-old starlet looked tan and toned, showing off her booty in a pair of grey spandex.
When asked about shedding the pounds, Palin told Us Weekly, "I'm definitely in better shape than I was last time ... I'm just more active and I cut all the crap out of my diet! It's that simple. And my kid's a lot more rowdy, a lot more active. I'm running after him a lot! He's huge! He thinks he's a teenager already."
Partner Mark Ballas weighed in, adding, "It's definitely a step in the right direction. She looks amazing, and I definitely can feel it when I move with her. She's more smooth."

Taylor Swift covers the November issue of Glamour Magazine, and the 22-year-old singer/songwriter opens up about some of the tunes she's penned about her famous exes over the years.
Taylor's 2010 hit "Dear John" is rumored to be about John Mayer, whom she dated briefly in 2009, and he recently told Rolling Stone, "It made me feel terrible because I didn't deserve it. ["Dear John" is] cheap songwriting. It's abusing your talent to rub your hands together and go, 'Wait til he gets a load of this!' That's bullsh*t."
So what does T. Swizzle have to say about his remarks? "No! I don’t want to know, I don’t want to know. I know it wasn't good, so I don't want to know," she said. "I put a high priority on staying happy, and I know what I can't handle." But what about the fact that he assumes the song is about their relationship? "How presumptuous!" she exclaimed. "I never disclose who my songs are about."
Swift has been dating Conor Kennedy for the past two months, but she wouldn't reveal much about their romance either. "I don't talk about my personal life in great detail," she said. "I write about it in my songs, and I feel like you can share enough about your life in your music to let people know what you're going through." Given her track record, it sounds like we'll be hearing all about this latest one in a few months...
Taylor also covers the new issue of Marie Claire UK, and she continues to babble about love and finding Mr. Right. "[I believe in love] even after it explodes into a million pieces and burns down and you're standing in a pile of the ash of what it once was thinking, 'Why did I have to meet this person, why did this have to happen?'" she says. "But then, when you make eye contact with someone across the room and it clicks and, bam, you're there. In love again."
So what does she say about her tell-all tunes? "Well, it's not like it's in fine print," she tells the magazine. "It's not my fault if someone gets into a relationship with me and then cheats and I write a song about it."

Are super short locks the latest trend?
Paris Jackson uploaded this picture to her Twitter account, and apparently her followers weren't the biggest fans of the cropped cut, prompting the 14-year-old daughter of Michael Jackson to tweet, "That awkward moment when everyone is saying no to doing the right thing... if I want to cut my hair and donate it I'd appreciate SOME support."
The teenager is known for her long brunette tresses, but in the photo she sports a lighter color with a Miley Cyrus-inspired cut. Although it sounds as if her new look was all in the name of charity, could she also have just been sporting a wig?
We wonder what Prince and Blanket think of their sister's new hairstyle? If she really did snip it, her hair is shorter than her little brother's!

But now that she's done shooting Blood Ties (you know, the movie she gained all the weight for), it looks like she's on her way to slimming back down!
Mila Kunis was snapped running errands in the valley over the weekend, and the 28-year-old starlet rocked a sexy floral top and dark skinny jeans. After dropping down to 95 pounds to play a ballerina in 2010's The Black Swan, Mila packed on the pounds for the Guillaume Canet thriller, in which she plays a frumpy 1970s auto repair shop worker.
Kunis recently admitted to Harper's Bazaar that her body "has never been the same," since she dropped 20 pounds for Black Swan, adding, "My shape is different. When I got down to 95 pounds, I was muscles, like a little brick house, but skin and bones. When I gained it back, it went to completely different areas." So would she do it again? "I'm not going to say I'd look forward to it, but if an offer came along, I'd do it."

Gone are the days of Xtina fitting into the mold!
Christina Aguilera appears on the Sept. 29 cover of Billboard magazine, and the Grammy winning singer opened up about the scrutiny over her weight and the pressure she was put under to stay a certain size.
"During the promotion of my album Stripped [in 2002], I got tired of being a skinny, white girl. I am Ecuadorian but people felt so safe passing me off as a skinny, blue-eyed white girl. The next time my label saw me, I was heavier, darker and full of piercings! Let me tell you, that wasn't an easy pill for them to swallow. I had gained about 15 pounds during promotion and during my Stripped tour [with Justin Timberlake]. They called this serious emergency meeting about how there was a lot of backlash about my weight. Basically, they told me I would effect a lot of people if I gained weight - the production, musical directors," she explained of the criticism from the music industry.
"[They claimed] people I toured with would also miss out if I gained weight because I would sell no records or tickets for my shows. I was so young, so I lost the weight quickly and was toothpick thin during Back to Basics promos and touring," she adds.
Now that she's older and wiser, the blonde beauty is taking back ownership of her appearance and refusing to let anyone muscle her around.
"I told them during this Lotus recording, 'You are working with a fat girl. Know it now and get over it.' They need a reminder sometimes that I don't belong to them. It's my body. My body can't put anyone in jeopardy of not making money anymore - my body is just not on the table that way anymore," she confesses of her independence making her new record.
So what can we expect from The Voice coach's new tunes?
"Once I started writing my own songs, beginning with Stripped, I tried to infuse as much as I could to promote strength and inspire people with that message. And now I'm at a place at 31, where the last time I felt this way was when I was 21 with Stripped and I had a lot to say and a lot to express," she reveals.
