Rihanna departed from LAX late on Sunday night, and after just 2 days in Los Angeles, the 24-year-old R&B starlet is headed back to the Big Apple. RiRi wasn't nearly as glammed up as she was the last time we caught her at the airport, but she still looked quite fashionable in her camo pants and a heavy application of red lipstick. Apparently she arrived with just 15 minutes to spare before her flight to JFK ... talk about cutting it close!

Speaking of living on the edge, is RiRi tweeting cryptic messages to ex-boyfriend Chris Brown? Last night she wrote, "You have it ALL……. And you don’t even know what to do with it!" and shortly after that Chris tweeted, "Just make love…. Love me!" Coincidence? We think not! Rumor has it he loves her new song "Diamonds" and he even texted her about it ... take that, Nicole Scherzinger!

Police have dropped assault charges against Christian LaBella, the man who allegedly attacked actress Lindsay Lohan in NYC over the weekend, but the case is not closed as Lohan and LaBella have filed harassment claims against each other.

LaBella had initially been charged with two misdemeanor counts of assault and two counts of harassment, but this morning NYPC Deputy Commissioner Paul Browne told CNN, "Cross complaints for harassment were filed and LaBella's assault arrest was voided after detectives investigated further."

According to reports, the two met at 1Oak nightclub in NYC on Saturday night and Lohan invited LaBella back to her room at the W hotel. They then reportedly got into a fight after Lohan discovered that Labella took photos of her on his cell phone, and the 26-year-old starlet claimed she was punched and choked by LaBella.

After the incident occurred, Lohan's rep told X17online, "Lindsay was assaulted early this morning in a New York hotel. While she did sustain some injuries, she was not hospitalized. The assailant was arrested and is currently in police custody. Lindsay has spoken with police and is fully cooperating with the investigation."

Nicole Richie and her adorable children attended a birthday bash in Hollywood over the weekend, and by the looks of it, it was a costume party -- Harlow appears to be dressed as a fairy princess while her little brother Sparrow took a few fashion pointers from his rock star dad, Joel Madden! Wonder what the kids will be for Halloween this year?

In other Nicole news, it was just announced that she will be making a return to the small screen. Ryan Murphy tweeted on Friday, “Proud to announce Nicole Richie and the legendary George Takei are joining The New Normal family." While reality TV may have launched her career, Nicole has also appeared on several scripted series, including Chuck, where she played a psychotic former classmate of one of the main characters. Can't wait to see what the Fashion Star judge brings to the table in this one!

Yesterday Jessica Alba, hubby Cash Warren and daughters Honor and Haven left brunch at the Newsroom Cafe in West Hollywood, and the night before that Jess was on hand to accept the Green Parent award at the Environmental Media Awards.



She may be busy taking care of her two daughters and working at The Honest Company, but let's not forget Jess is still a working actress! She's set to begin filming Sin City 2 very shortly, and she's already lightened her hair, but it sounds like she'll be going even blonder -- and soon! "Well I was really blond for Sin City One and really blond for Fantastic Four, so it's not as drastic. But I think I'm going to have to go all the way soon," she told Wonderwall at the EMAs. Can't WAIT to see that!

The 19-year-old starlet and her bestie Cheyne Thomas were spotted getting Starbucks at the drive through on Sunday, and she just wasn't in the mood to have her photo taken.

While Miley may be a bit camera shy from time to time, she definitely lets loose on Twitter, sometimes tweeting out a little too much information. Earlier this month she wrote, “Thought of the day: maybe it's not that they love you less, they just love you the most they are capable of loving.” After fans got concerned that there was something going on with fiance Liam Hemsworth, she wrote, “& no there is not trouble in paradise.... just thoughts.”

While Miley has been spending plenty of quality time with her beau, apparently he was none too pleased about the remarks that went out to her 9 million followers. "She tried to pass it off like it had nothing to do with him, but it totally affected him, no matter what she tries to say,” an insider told Star Magazine. "She was trying to get his attention, but she just ended up making him pull away from her more. He thinks she’s acting like an immature schoolgirl, and he wants her to get off Twitter completely."

Uh oh! Maybe she'll tone it down a bit? Or will she take yet another time out from the social media site?

Justin Bieber wants his fans to know that he's recovering after losing his lunch onstage in Arizona on Saturday evening.

The 18-year-old pop superstar became ill in the middle of his show at the Jobing.com Arena, leaving the stage twice but eventually finishing his 21-song set. "It's hard for me, you know, not feeling great and throwing up in front of a bunch of people," he told the crowd after leaving the stage during "Beauty and a Beat," according to USA Today. "Will you love me even though I'm throwing up on stage? Okay, I wanted to give you my best show ever, so do you mind if I finish it?"

After getting some rest ahead of his performance in Las Vegas on Sunday night, the Biebs tweeted, "Great show. Getting better for tomorrow's show !!!! Love u."

So what exactly caused Selena Gomez's beau to get sick? He tweeted, "And ... Milk was a bad choice. Lol." Not sure if he's dropping Ron Burgundy quotes on us or if he has a problem with lactose, but we're glad he has a good sense of humor about it!

Kim and Kris Kardashian, along with pal Jonathan Cheban faced off against Bruce, Kylie and Kendall Jenner and Kourtney Kardashian in Miami's Dragon Boat Festival race, on Saturday.
