Green Day's Billie Joe Armstrong is headed to rehab for substance abuse after his onstage meltdown at the iHeartRadio Music Festival on Friday.

"Green Day's Billie Joe Armstrong is seeking treatment for substance abuse," the band's rep said in a statement Sunday. "Green Day would like everyone to know that their set was not cut short by Clear Channel and to apologize to those they offended at the iHeart Radio Festival in Las Vegas."

The 40-year-old frontman went on a profanity-laced tirade after his band's performance was supposedly cut short.

‘‘One minute left, one minute (expletive) left. You’re gonna give me (expletive) one minute? ... I'm not (expletive) Justin Bieber, you (expletives)!’’ he screamed before smashing his guitar and storming off stage.

Armstrong was previously hospitalized in Bologna, Italy early September for an undisclosed illness.

Sharon Stone experienced a minor health scare when she attended a Fendi show in Milan, Italy with boyfriend Martin Mica on Saturday.

According to Us Weekly, Stone was rushed to a local hospital after she fainted during the event. The 54-year-old actress was diagnosed with migraine related symptoms but has since recovered well from the scare and even attended an amfAR benefit party with her Argentinian beau.
