January Jones and her son Xander were snapped grocery shopping at Whole Foods in West Hollywood on Tuesday, and even though the 34-year-old actress wasn't quite in the mood for photos, she still looked amazing!

There's STILL no word on who the tiny tot's daddy is (most of our readers seem to think Jason Sudeikis is the father), but the Mad Men starlet has stepped out with new beau Noah Miller, who directed her in the upcoming film Sweetwater. We don't know too many details about the flick, but it's a Western and it also stars Ed Harris, so we're very curious to see Betty Draper in some old school cowboy garb!

Jessica Alba ran errands with Honor on Tuesday, and after stopping by Whole Foods, the mommy/daughter duo went to Baby2Baby in Los Angeles to donate a training potty and some toys. Jess is a board member at the organization, which supplies baby gear and clothing for local families in need. The charity distributes new and gently used items to over 40 non-profit organizations, which helps serve over 50,000 children each year.

“I talk to Honor about not wasting and recycling. I talk to her about having so many things and that there are children out there who don’t have what she has,” Alba recently told People at Self magazine‘s Women Doing Good Awards. “So when she is done playing with something or outgrows something. It goes to a baby who doesn’t have it.”

Fun fact: Jess' pal Nicole Richie is also a board member at the organization.

Kourtney Kardashian and a scruffy Scott Disick were spotted shooting their reality show in Miami today, and the duo hugged it out for the cameras, but interestingly enough, when cameras stopped rolling, they were still super lovey dovey!

While there have been rumors that their relationship is on the rocks, the parents looked as happy as could be. Kourtney recently shocked her baby daddy when she announced that she was going to stop taking birth control, adding that she wanted to have around 6 kids! Scott didn't seem too thrilled about it at the time, so maybe they've reached a compromise?

I looked into them, and she was looking at me, and I felt like, You are here to teach me everything. After [Moses] was born I had postpartum depression. It was a difficult time, and because of that I believe I have an extra empathy for him, and he for me."

So how does she maintain that perfect figure? Discipline and dieting, of course! "I was very strict for a while," she reveals. "I was macrobiotic for a couple of years, then I got pregnant and just ate ice cream. What I’ve learned is I want to enjoy my life, and food is a big part of it. I love to cook and feed people. I cook every day. I [indulge] but I don’t like sweets. My indulging is a fresh baguette with cheese and a glass of red wine or French fries and fried zucchini. Or a turkey burger.”

SUCH an indulgence. Then again, she looks amazing!

Tori Spelling is recovering at an LA hospital after a postpartum health scare.

Spelling's rep released the following statement:

"Tori Spelling underwent emergency surgery over the weekend due to complications from her C-section."

The actress gave birth to her fourth child, son Finn Davey, on August 30.

Tori and husband Dean McDermott also are the parents to Liam, 5, Stella, 4 and Hattie, 10 months.

The rep adds that Tori is now "resting comfortably."
