Prince William and Kate Middleton were victorious over French magazine Closer, the publication that printed photos of the Duchess of Cambridge sunbathing topless.

In court this morning, a judge ruled that the magazine cannot continue to print or sell the "highly intimate" photos. The ruling also stated that the topless pics must be removed from the website, the photos cannot be published in any other magazine or newspapers in France, cannot be sold anywhere in the world and the photos must be handed over to the Palace by tomorrow.

A lawyer for the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge said the following regarding Middleton: "She's a young woman, not an object."

If Closer publishes any of the photos again, it faces fines of $13,000 for every day they’re available, and a fine of $130,000 if it sells them, according to Sky News.

Despite the threat of legal action, Italian gossip magazine Chi published a 26-page spread featuring a topless Kate Middleton.

Chi's editor Alfonso Signorini told The Associated Press that the photos were already in the public domain after Closer published them, and for that reason, he doesn't fear legal action.

In the wake of her recent legal trouble, Amanda Bynes will be heading to court contrary to earlier reports of her checking into rehab.

A judge insisted that the What a Girl Wants star appear in court on Friday for a hearing about her pending DUI case, according to E! News.

The 26-year-old actress will stand trial for allegedly running into a police car while driving under the influence on April 6. The much maligned star has also been charged with two hit-and-runs for accidents that took place on April 10 and August 4. Authorities have since revoked Bynes' license and had her vehicle impounded on Sunday.

The 26-year-old actress garnered even more opposition when Lindsay Lohan took to Twitter to voice her displeasure with Bynes' treatment. "Why did I get put in jail and a nickelodeon star has had NO punishment(s) so far?" the Liz and Dick star tweeted.

Yesterday, cameras caught Joe Jonas dressed in all black as he was coming from a hike with friends at Runyon Canyon in Hollywood.

Joe later on helped celebrate his brother Nick's 20th birthday on Sunday as the siblings partied at Bagatelle in West Hollywood where Tom Cruise's son DJ Connor Cruise providing the tunes. Guess that hike was perfectly timed!

Selena's next flick, Spring Breakers doesn't hit theaters until next year, but the movie has gained quite a bit of attention over the past few months. Selena stars opposite Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Benson and Rachel Korine, and the girls play a group of college friends who are arrested after robbing a fast food restaurant to help fund their spring break in Florida. A drug dealer, played by James Franco, comes along and bails them out, but the ladies have to do some, ahem, dirty work for him to repay the debt.

It's definitely a step away from her squeaky clean Disney image, and Selena even warned her tween fans, "If you're 18 or younger I would prefer you not seeing it." That being said, we can't wait to see more clips from the film!
