Christian Bale took his wife Sibi Blazic and daughter Emmeline to lunch at Sugarfish in Brentwood on Sunday, and the Batman actor looked like he was enjoying a break from his method acting!

Not only is the sexy British actor making time for his wife and little girl, he's also making a difference in the lives of complete strangers! Just the other week, the American Psycho star flew 4-year-old leukemia patient Jayden Barber and his entire family out to Disneyland and spent a day at the theme park with the little boy.

"They talked movies and super heroes and he was genuinely happy to hear about everything Jayden wanted to tell him. Christian, his wife and daughter are three of the most beautiful people we have ever met! Christian made these arrangements for us personally and ensured we were treated like royalty. I don't have one negative thing to say about them. I can tell you they were just as impressed with Jayden as Jayden was with them," the 4-year-old's mother Charlene Barber posted to Facebook.

This charitable deed comes just months after the A-list actor was spotted visiting shooting victims from the Dark Knight Rises tragedy in Colorado.

Prince William and Kate Middleton have taken legal action against the magazine that published topless photos of the Duchess last week.

"We can confirm that a criminal complaint has been made to the French Prosecution Department today," a spokesperson for Clarence House said on Monday. "The complaint concerns the taking of photographs of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge whilst on holiday and the publication of those photographs in breach of their privacy."

Attorneys for the royal couple "will appear in court today in Paris seeking an injunction against Closer magazine using more pictures and to prevent further publication of the photographs in France. It will lead to a longer court case where damages will be sought."

According to People, the lawyers will request that the issue be taken off newsstands and that the photos be removed from the publication's website. They are also demanding that further reprints be prohibited, and they will ask the judge to ban further sales. A decision on issuing the injunction is expected to be announced on Tuesday.

Lady Gaga was snapped leaving the Dorchester hotel on Monday morning, and the pop superstar greeted a sea of fans before hopping into her car and heading to the airport.

She's currently on her way to Amsterdam for a show at the Ziggo Dome, and on Saturday night she performed at the Aviva Stadium in Dublin Ireland. While fans say she gave a great show, she ticked off a few folks by greeting the crowd and telling them how excited she was to be back in the UK!

Several angry concert-goers tweeted their thoughts, one writing, “Someone needs to tell Lady GaGa what country she’s in.” Yikes!

Lindsay Lohan has been behind bars plenty of times for DUIs, probation violations and other legal infractions, and now the starlet has taken to Twitter to ask why fellow actress Amanda Bynes hasn't been hit with the same penalties.

In April Bynes was arrested for a DUI, and since then she's had two hit-and-run accidents, a citation for driving with a suspended license and last week she was photographed smoking what appears to be marijuana inside her car. Yikes!

On Sunday, authorities impounded Bynes' black BMW, but Lohan still wasn't happy, as she tweeted yesterday evening, "Why did I get put in jail and a nickelodeon star has had NO punishment(s) so far? ... These are the moments that I appreciate my life experiences, living without regrets and Disney for supporting me as an actress."

Bynes has yet to comment on the matter...

Halle Berry hung out with some friends in Malibu on Sunday, and the actress showed off her famous curves in a blue bikini and denim shorts. So how does she keep her figure looking like that of someone half her age? Not only does she eat right, but Halle has revealed that she does a combination of strength training, kickboxing and hiking, and it doesn't hurt that she works with top celeb trainer Nat Bardonnet!

Earlier in the day we spotted Halle and beau Olivier Martinez grabbing lunch at Taverna Tony, and the Oscar winner stayed mum when asked if Kate Middleton's topless photos, which were shot in France, will hurt her ongoing custody case. Halle is trying to move to France with her daughter Nahla, and one of the arguments she's presenting to the judge is that there are fewer photographers across the pond...

After confirming that she was splitting from baby daddy Jason Bleick, Selma Blair and her one-year-old son Arthur made their first public appearance in Los Angeles on Sunday.

Both mother and child appear to be doing just fine, and even though the split was said to be amicable, we're curious as to whether there will be a Halle Berry/Gabriel Aubry style custody battle between the parents. After all, just two weeks ago Selma tweeted a link to an article about fellow actress Kelly Rutherford and her own custody drama, which has gotten quite ugly...
