Heidi Klum's interview on Katie Couric's new show Katie aired today, and the supermodel is finally speaking out about rumors that she had an affair with her bodyguard, Martin Kristen.

When asked how she's doing, Heidi told Katie, "Being in all of the magazines and gossip pages, that is definitely very hard and hurtful, it's hard to go through a divorce, if you're not in the public eye or if you're in the public eye, it's horrible, it's not something that I wanted."

Heidi didn't go into too much detail about why her 7-year marriage crumbled, but she added, "We couldn't make it work … People always saw us laughing and smiling, but it's not always like that…"

“When we were together, I never looked at another man," Klum added, seemingly refuting ex-husband Seal's claims that she "fornicate[d] with the help" while they were married. However, Heidi DID admit that the two are now dating, telling Katie, "I don't know if I can call it [a relationship]. It just started. I don't know."

So what did she have to say about Seal's harsh comment to the press? “It was a unique choice of words," she calmly stated. "I'm used to it. Other people aren't."

Jay-Z and Beyonce will host a fundraiser for Barack Obama at the rapper's own 40/40 Club in New York City next week, where plates are going for a whopping $40,000 per person!

Jay and Bey have been very vocal supporters of the president for quite some time, and last week Obama appeared in a video clip which opened Jay-Z's concert at the Made In America festival in Philadelphia.

Beyonce recently read an open letter to Michelle Obama as a campaign ad, and the superstar couple also attended a fundraiser hosted by the first lady back in March.

Kelsey Grammer appeared on Conan the other night, and he attempted to set the record straight about a few things. First, he wanted to make it clear that he didn’t have sex with his new wife, Kayte Walsh, on the first night that they met and second, that it had been quite some time since he'd seen any sort of action.

Kelsey told host Conan O’Brien of his first date with Kayte, “We kissed that night ... We didn’t do anything much more than kiss for several months ... I just wanted to clear that up. She was worth the wait.” Conan quipped, “I would think that would be difficult,” to which Grammer replied, “Well, for a guy that hadn’t had sex for a decade it wasn’t that hard!”

So what does Kelsey's ex-wife and Real Housewives star Camille have to say? “He lied on Conan,” she tweeted. “He really needs to move on.”

After stumbling into a parked motorcycle and falling over in the street on Monday night, Tara Reid was snapped in this same blue dress on Tuesday morning, enjoying a smoke on the deck of a yacht in St. Tropez. While she looks happy and awake, we're guessing that she didn't have the time or means to take a shower...yikes!

Tara was later snapped jetting out of Nice, and thankfully it looks like she found a change of clothes for her trip back to the states:

When it comes to Ellen DeGeneres' love for wife Portia DeRossi, the sky's the limit!

The talk show host surprised her ladylove of four years with a special message in the sky ... that reads "Four." Ellen has made sky-writing a tradition to announce the number of years they've been together.

Ellen and Portia tied the knot back in 2008.

Kim Kardashian chose to skip color while jetting out of LA. She's still a hot monochromatic mama!

The sexy reality starlet, who tweeted that she's leaving LA for three months, rocked a black and white Celine sweater dress, black Givenchy boots and Hermes Birkin bag.

As for where she's heading, Ms. Kardashian didn't reveal her final destination.

Mel B is showing off her bare breasts while posing with hubby Stephen Belafonte for the CoppaFeel! charity.

The 37-year-old Spice Girls singer, featured in the latest issue of Cosmopolitan UK, tells the mag:

“I love boobs. Me and the other Spice Girls are always having a feel of each others’ — Geri came up behind me and grabbed mine the other day. I found a lump when I was 17 and freaked out. It turned out it was nothing but it terrified me. Ever since, I’ve always been one for checking, then double checking.”

As for the campaign, it's to raise Breast Cancer Awareness. Mel's hubby adds:

“I’m a boob man so I had absolutely no problem doing this shoot or helping my wife check her breasts.”

Chris Brown showed off his new neck tattoo at Supperclub, and he was in such a good mood last night, he even gave photographers a shot of his signature crotch grab!

Despite initial speculation that the ink was of ex-girlfriend Rihanna (or a battered woman), the 23-year-old "Don't Wake Me Up" singer set the record straight on Twitter yesterday. "I'm an artist and this is art. Dia de los Muertos," he wrote. The ink appears to be a sugar skull, an image associated with the November 1 holiday, and his rep tells TMZ that the tat was also inspired by "a MAC cosmetics design he saw."

Glad he's so happy lately ... it looks like his chair throwing days are behind him!
