George Clooney and Stacy Keibler have not called it quits, contrary to a report from The Sun claiming the two have split.

Clooney, 51, and Keibler, 32, are still very much a couple. A rep for the couple released the following statement: "A story published by a London tabloid, The Sun, concerning George Clooney and Stacy Keibler [is] not true."

The twosome went public with their relationship in 2011 at the Toronto Film Festival.

Clooney was previously married to actress Talia Balsam, but the two divorced in 1993.

Lindsay Lohan is starring in Scary Movie 5, but it's being reported that the 26-year-old starlet has "[blown] off rehearsals, missed her flight to the set and even bizarrely claimed she had walking pneumonia," according to the NY Post.

Lohan, who is set to have a cameo opposite Charlie Sheen, reportedly got cold feet after seeing that the script was mocking her. “It went pretty hard at Lindsay,” said a source, adding the script features a kiss with Sheen, and “she’d been freaking out about it for weeks.”

“Lindsay missed every meeting she had for the film, including script reads and wardrobe meetings,” the insider tells the Post. “Then she missed her flight to Atlanta on Sunday to shoot the movie. The producers had been getting signs Friday that she was a mess, and would not be fit to work.”

Yet another source tells the paper that Lohan tried to get out of doing the film claiming that she had walking pneumonia, and she even went to a hospital on Sunday to get her lungs checked. “She is under contract — so to get out of it, she had to prove that she was sick,” added a source. “She tried to prove she has walking pneumonia.”

The Post reports that Lohan did eventually make her way to the set, but only after she was threatened with a lawsuit and a private jet was sent to pick her up.

So what does Lindsay have to say about all this? A rep for the actress said, “These stories are untrue, and she is willingly fulfilling all of her obligations.”

Giuliana and Bill are the proud parents of baby boy, Edward Duke!

The little guy, born via surrogate in Denver on August 29, is featured on the cover of Life & Style.

The former Apprentice winner tells the mag:

"[He's] got Giuliana's dimples!. It's amazing how maternal instincts have taken over, and Giuliana's just supermom."

As for how they chose their son's name, Giuliana adds:

"Edward is Bill's late dad's name and my dad's name. It was a way to honor them. And Duke means leader."

Forget about Simon Cowell and L.A. Reid -- it was ALL about Britney Spears and Demi Lovato at the Los Angeles premiere of The X Factor on Tuesday evening. The ladies posed for photos at Grauman's Chinese Theater on Hollywood Boulevard, and Brit tweeted, "I'm here!!! Just walked the blue carpet for the #XFactorParty - so exciting!"

The foursome were also honored with a Walk of Fame handprint ceremony, and they chatted with reporters about returning next season. "Of course I'd hope to be on it for more," Lovato told E! Online. "This show has been so incredible. The best experience of my life. I can only hope for another season." Spears added, "It's a possibility, definitely," and when asked who's the tougher judge, the singer thought for a moment and said, "I think Demi. She's a little bit younger than me. She's a spitfire." Demi's response? "I am a bit of a spitfire," she said. "That wouldn't be the first time I've been called that."

Gwen Stefani was spotted running errands in Los Angeles yesterday, and while her face looked immaculate, based on what she's wearing we're thinking she was either headed to or from the gym. Gwen recently admitted that she's been taking it easy on her workouts, but it's pretty obvious that she still hits the treadmill every now and then...

Gwen also opened up about her relationship with hubby Gavin Rossdale in the new issue of Marie Claire, telling the mag, "My biggest accomplishment is my marriage so far. Because it’s hard, everyone knows it’s hard. [Marriage] is something that I always wanted to do successfully. It was a dream of mine. I like the official-ness and the family-ness of it all, having the same name and making decisions together.”

Jessica Simpson may have started losing the baby weight, but one thing's here to stay: Her ginormous boobs!

Jess and fiance Eric Johnson touched down at Los Angeles International Airport on Tuesday night, and the 32-year-old singer/actress flaunted her cleavage in a low-cut maxi dress. Jess made her first post-baby appearance on Katie Couric's new show on Monday, and she chatted about losing the weight, motherhood and her wedding plans.

Jess also revealed that she's 10 pounds away from her pre-baby weight, and she shared some info about her diet and work outs with Us Weekly. After waking up to feed 4-month-old daughter Maxwell, Jess usually starts her day with a flatbread sandwich with egg whites, peppers and fat-free cheddar, and after taking a late morning walk, she snacks on fruit.

Four times a week Jess has a 45-minute session with trainer Harley Pasternak, where she does cardio, circuits, arms, legs and abs. What's next? "I make lunch my biggest meal to keep me full through the day," she says. One of Jess' go-to plates is spinach salad with 4 ounces of chicken satay and pear, and for an afternoon snack she'll often drink a smoothie. Jess added that dinner is usually a lighter meal consisting of fish (4 ounces of halibut or tilapia) with veggies, and every once in a while she'll indulge and have a Skinny Cow chocolate truffle bar.

In other J. Lo news, it was recently revealed that the singer/actress was Madonna's first choice for the girl on girl kiss during her now infamous performance at the 2003 MTV VMAs!

MTV Music Group President Van Toffler told Entertainment Weekly, "It was a long road to get to that Britney and Christina kiss, because they weren't necessarily the first couple of people who were on the hit list. This may be the first time it's revealed, but originally J. Lo was in the mix. That didn't happen."
