Don't drink and drive folks!

Jenna Jameson plead guilty to one count driving under the influence Thursday, TMZ reports. The former porn star won't be spending any time behind bars, however, because of her plea.

The 38-year-old adult film star was arrested earlier this year after slamming into a light pole with her vehicle. She failed a sobriety test and was charged for having the prescription drugs Ambien and Suboxone in her system.

In addition, Jameson was charged with driving without a valid license, but the charges were dropped when she entered her plea.

Brit Brit's latest tweet is out of this world! Who knew she was a fan of space exploration?!

Britney Spears recently tweeted at the NASA rover Curiosity, and the space craft actually responded! "So @MarsCuriosity... does Mars look the same as it did in 2000?" the pop singer asked.

Shockingly, the rover took the time to write back to the inquisitive singer! "@britneyspears Hey Brit Brit. Mars is still looking good. Maybe someday an astronaut will bring me a gift, too. Drill bits crossed ;) " reads a post on the space craft's official Facebook page.

Not making sense?

The blonde beauty danced on Mars in her "Oops, I Did It Again" video, and was presented with a huge diamond necklace during the dance rendition, which the rover was making reference to.

Not only is the Grammy winner preoccupied with outer space, she's also got her hands full with judging duties on X-Factor! The 30-year-old is gearing up for her small screen debut, but it has already been revealed that the pop princess isn't the nicest critic. "Demi is a brat. But there's something likeable about her. Britney's quite mean, as you'll discover," fellow judge Simon Cowell explained.

Britney's take on her critiques is slightly different. "Everything is like a new experience for me, so it's a lot of fun and the talent has been amazing. I feel like my judging style is very subtle. I try to use constructive criticism," she divulged.

Janet Jackson's attorney, Blair Brown, is demanding that gossip website, TMZ, retract "false and defamatory" statements in regards to a story claiming Michael Jackson's estate "offers to pay for Janet Jackson's condo."

In a letter sent to TMZ's attorney, Brown writes:

"By this letter, I inform you that an article regarding my client that appeared on TMZ.com on August 14, 2012 is false and defamatory. That article is "Michael Jackson Estate Offers to Pay for Janet Jackson's Condo." Specifically, the article states that the Estate of Michael Jackson filed documents in the probate court requesting that the estate be permitted "to foot a portion of the bill on Janet's mortgage on her posh Las Vegas condo." That statement is false."

In addition to mentioning that Janet "purchased the home outright ten years ago for her mother's use," the letter goes on to say:

"The additional false story about Ms. Jackson this week on TMZ.com, posted with the knowledge that it would be repeated on hundreds of other websites, demonstrates, at a minimum, a pattern of reckless disregard for the truth in TMZ's reporting on Ms. Jackson and strongly suggests that TMZ is engaged in a malicious campaign to defame her."

She must be getting sick of battling the legal system!

Halle Berry headed to court this morning to continue her fight to relocate to France with daughter Nahla, and despite the tense situation, the Oscar winner appeared to be in a good mood when she arrived with a friend.

The Dark Tide actress is requesting that the judge allow her to move overseas with her 4-year-old, since the paparazzi laws are more strict in that country. Her baby daddy Gabriel Aubrey, who is based in Los Angeles, is fighting the request.

Interestingly, Ms. Berry brought in pal Salma Hayek to testify about the dangers photographers pose to the safety of her little girl.

Sounds like the battle of the century!

Robert Pattinson continued his publicity tour for his latest film Cosmopolis in New York, but during an interview at The Times Center, things got pretty awkward when moderator, David Carr, referenced RPatz's failed relationship with Kristen Stewart.

We have a feeling Pattinson, 26, didn't appreciate his relationship with Stewart being compared with Prince Charles and Lady Diana.

Cosmopolis director David Cronenberg also seemed at a loss for words.

Jordin Sparks showed off her sexy and svelte figure at the LA premiere of Sparkle.

The former American Idol star joined Whitney Houston's daughter, Bobbi Kristina, on the red carpet.

Sparkle was to be Houston's comeback movie, however the singer passed away earlier this year at the age of 48.
