Ben Stiller is ready to sell his 4,000 square-foot duplex in New York for $9.6 million.

The Zoolander actor, married to Christine Taylor, purchased the Manhattan property four years ago for $10 million.

Stiller's massive pad, overlooking the Hudson River, was designed by famous interior design team Roman and Williams.

The NYC duplex boasts five bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, media center, cook's kitchen and gorgeous views.

Don't believe the rumors!

Joe Jonas turned 23 yesterday, and before the celebrations began, the singer stopped by The Grove to tape a segment for Extra.

Rumors swirled recently that ex-girlfriend Taylor Swift's new song "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" was penned about the teen heartthrob, but Mr. Jonas cleared up the confusion during a 94.7 Fresh FM interview.

"I can say it's not about me, because I don't think we've ever tried another time. I can tell you it's not about me! I like the song. That said, I think the song is great... Taylor does pop music really well and I'm happy for her," he explained during the radio spot.

The Jonas Brothers member and the Grammy winner dated back in 2008 before he famously dumped her during a 27-second phone call, which the country cutie later blasted him publicly for. All's well that ends well apparently, though!

Claiming he and his former lady keep in touch "as much as we can", Jonas had nothing but kind words for the scorned songstress. "I haven't really spoken to her recently, but I was able to go to her concert last year, and her show live is so phenomenal... I would say anybody should go see it if they have a chance. I think we're cool."

Trista Sutter, 39, shows off the amazing results of her makeover in the newest issue of Life & Style magazine. The reality star underwent a blepharoplasty, a procedure to lift the eyelids, and a breast augmentation, which increased her cup size from a B to a C.

"After nursing both my kids for a year each, my boobs were deflated. And I had a droopy eye. It was something that I noticed in every picture I've ever taken," she told the mag.

"I realized surgery was something I had to do for myself, just for my own self-confidence and to feel good again about being in a bathing suits... and being intimate with my husband," she adds.

The former cheerleader met her firefighter hubby Ryan on the ABC dating reality series before marrying in a lavish $4 million televised wedding in 2003. The couple reside in Vail, Colorado and have since expanded their family with two children, Maxwell and Blakesley.

"He wanted me to be happy, so he said, 'Whatever you need to do to make yourself happy, go for it," she told the glossy of her husband's support.
