Lindsay Lohan took her brother Cody to Opening Ceremony today for a little shopping Wednesday. After spending all weekend at the beach -- Cody surfing, Lindsay smoking and chatting with her mom -- the two were due for a more civilized activity!

Lindsay JUST finished shooting The Canyons yesterday, after some last-minute re-shoots were completed. Linds and her co-star, porn actor James Deen, then headed to Bootsy Bellows to celebrate.

Deen and Lilo left the club together, but despite what you may be thinking, JD tells us he's NOT sleeping with Lindsay (click HERE to see that video, in case you missed it).

While speaking at a press conference to promote the singing competition, Aguilera was asked about her current relationship with X Factor's Britney Spears.

Xtina, 31, said, "I came up with Britney, we were very close. Our paths have always crossed. They'll continue to cross. I welcome her to this family of fun and entertainment and finding new talent. Britney's a pro. She's going to give great advice!"
