Katie Holmes and her daughter Suri Cruise checked out some of the exhibits at the Museum of Modern Art in New York City on Monday afternoon, and after spending the last week at Disney World with dad Tom Cruise, the 6-year-old looked happy to be back in mommy's arms. Or maybe she was just worn out after visiting the museum's Material Lab and Sculpture Garden? It sounds like she had quite a busy day!

Tom dropped Suri off at Katie's new apartment over the weekend, and it certainly seems like their custody agreement is working out thus far. As previously reported, Katie has primary custody of the former couple's only child, and though Tom is not allowed to bring up Scientology when he's around Suri, he has been granted "generous visitation rights."

Kevin Federline was snapped leaving his lawyer's office in Calabasas, and not only is he struggling to lose his spare tire, but he's still trying to settle a lawsuit filed by former landlord Joseph Malek. Malek is seeking over $110k in damages from a mansion Federline rented back in 2008, claiming that he allegedly trashed the place and then failed to pay for the damages. However, K-Fed claims this was "due to normal wear and tear, and other damages were caused by golf balls hitting the property."

While K-Fed has a lot on his plate these days, baby mama Victoria Prince was healthy and happy when we snapped her and a pal grocery shopping over the weekend. Just one year after giving birth to their daughter Jordan, she seems to have returned to her normal weight:

After promising to reveal her new album title in September, Lady Gaga has apparently gotten antsy and decide to share the news with her fans early!

After getting a tattoo last week which read "ARTPOP" and posting a pic on Twitter, speculation was rampant that the fresh ink was also the name for her album, so the pop diva took to the microblogging site to clear up any confusion.

"Make sure when writing about my new album/project ARTPOP that you CAPITALIZE the title, *its all in the details* good morning Twitter!" she wrote. And there you have it folks!

The title is something that she's had in mind for a while, and now will have on her body forever! "I've started writing it and I have the name for it, and all the concepts are beginning to flourish and take place. I'm excited to put it out, but it's not done yet. So I'll put it out when it's done," she told MTV News about her plans last December.
