Just take her license away already!

Troubled starlet Amanda Bynes has been accused of a hit-and-run after allegedly rear-ending a woman in the valley over the weekend and driving away without exchanging insurance information.

A spokesperson for the LAPD tells X17online that a police report was phoned in on Saturday, but it hasn't been signed and the accident is "currently under investigation," as police have yet to confirm that it was Bynes behind the wheel.

According to the police report, the victim, identified simply as Kisa, stated that she was driving on Ventura Boulevard when her Toyota Corolla was struck by a woman in a black BMW. Kisa tells TMZ that Bynes "looked like a hot mess," so she didn't recognize her right away, but after the two began talking, she realized who it was.

Kisa says she pulled out her insurance information, but Bynes declined to do the same and apparently told her the damage from the collision seemed minimal. Bynes "seemed nervous" about handing over her insurance card, and added there was no need to exchange information, even though Kisa says there was "significant damage" to Bynes' vehicle. Bynes then fled the scene, at which point Kisa called the police.

Bynes was arrested on suspicion of a DUI on April 6 when she allegedly hit a police car in West Hollywood (she was charged in June), and she was reportedly accused of two other hit-and-run incidents on May 5 and May 27, but no reports were filed for either of those incidents.

The America's Got Talent judge just quit the NBC show after seven seasons because she claims her son Jack was fired from the new reality show Stars Earn Stripes after the network learned of his multiple sclerosis diagnosis.

"I just can't be fake. It's discrimination, and it was badly handled," Osbourne told the New York Post about her dissatisfaction with the network.

After fighting bitterly with NBC executives, The fiery redhead pulled the plug on her involvement with the show and will now have to pay a penalty for breaking her contract, but she insists the punishment is a small price to pay for justice.

"All they can do is stop me from being a judge on another network for five years," she explains of the repercussions to her abrupt exit.

For their part, NBC has denied ever firing Jack, and states that although they were in talks for the show, no agreement had ever been signed. "Sharon has been a valuable part of the NBC family. We regret any misunderstanding and wish Jack well," an NBC rep told the Post.

Miley doesn't go into details about how he proposed, but she does dish about her 3.5-carat Neil Lane diamond ring he gave her earlier this year. "We’d been kind of talking about [getting engaged], and I saw something like it online at one point and thought it was really pretty, but I usually wear rose gold," she says, claiming that she had "no input" whatsoever on the sparkler. "I just love that it’s old and has a story. And I'm happy because it doesn’t look like anything else I wear.”

Miley gives off the impression that she doesn't care what anyone thinks or how she's portrayed in the media, but even she needs a place to relax, which she's found in the 8,000-square-foot Mediterranean-style villa she shares with her fiance. "It's kind of like a black hole," she says. "And no one is going to f*ck with me when P. Diddy lives right across the street."

Elton John isn't the biggest fan of Madonna, and he let the whole world know during an interview on Australian news channel Sunday Night, where among other things, he blasted the pop icon for her catty treatment of Lady Gaga.

"She's such a nightmare. Sorry but her career is over. Her tour has been a disaster and it couldn't have happened to a bigger ****," adding, "She looks like a f***ing fairground stripper. She's been so horrible to Gaga."

The Rocket Man has obviously taken sides in the Lady Gaga vs. Madonna feud, which started after Madonna implied Gaga's hit "Born This Way" was a remake of her hit "Express Yourself."

The Mother Monster is godmother to Elton and his partner David Furnish's son Zachary, so it's very clear where Mr. John's loyalty lies.

We're waiting for a jab from the Material Girl!

Robert Pattinson is still hiding out at friend/former co-star Reese Witherspoon's Ojai ranch, and though longtime love Kristen Stewart broke his heart when she was caught cheating with married director Rupert Sanders, it looks like he's trying to move on with his life.

On Saturday night the Twilight hottie and a few friends went to the Deer Lodge, a country-western bar in Ojai, and according to sources for Us Weekly, he seemed to be having "an amazing time."

Rob had "a few drinks and laughs" as live country music played and he "looked like a guy that was just trying to enjoy himself and get away." A second eyewitness noted that Rob "kind of blended in" with his friends, a "group of good looking guys that dressed 'hip L.A.'"

No word on whether Rob was flirting with any girls at the bar, but based on what we're hearing, a Robsten reunion doesn't seem likely to happen. The 26-year-old actor has been ignoring calls and texts from Kristen, and despite her desperate public apology, he's reportedly moved her out of the $6 million Los Feliz home they once shared.

Over the weekend Brooke Burke and hubby David Charvet played a rather competitive game of beach volleyball in Malibu, and the couple showed off their amazing bods (and athletic abilities!) when we snapped these pictures.

And not only does Brooke have a flawless physique for someone her age, but keep in mind she's given birth to FOUR kids! (Heaven Rain, Shaya Braven, Neriah and Sierra Sky, in case you forgot). She may have been married to a plastic surgeon before she tied the knot with the former Baywatch stud, but she's obviously put a lot of hard work into her abs, legs and well, pretty much every other part of her tight bod!

And now that she's done with shooting back to back movies (Liz & Dick and The Canyons), Lindsay Lohan is back to doing what she does best -- hitting the party scene!

The 26-year-old starlet partied it up in Santa Monica last night at Shore Bar, and even though she's set to begin work on Scary Movie 5 in September, we think there's nothing wrong with letting loose and having a few nights out. Let's just try to keep it to a few evenings a week though, eh Lilo?

Kim Kardashian donned a pretty nude dress with matching heels to take her two-year-old nephew to church in Calabasas, on Sunday, before letting him pick out a brand new pair of posh shades -- he's so stylish!

Kim made sure to pack Mason's little lunch box for the outing as she continues to be a doting auntie to Mason, to give sis Kourtney a break at home with her new baby girl Penelope.
