Longtime Jackson family friend, Rev. Al Sharpton, interviewed Michael Jackson's brother Randy on MSNBC's Politics Nation.
Jackson shared his belief that his brother Michael did not sign his will in Los Angeles on July 7, 2002, as stated on the document. Randy says Michael was in New York on that day on a campaign with Sharpton. During the interview, Sharpton shows video of Michael in New York on July 7, 2002.
Randy believes there is "criminal misconduct" involving the estate executors, John Branca and John McClain.
Just last week, Janet, Tito, Jermaine, Rebbie and Randy Jackson fired off a letter to the current executors of Michael Jackson's estate, Branca and McClain, demanding they resign from their positions because they've "failed to perform" their duties.
A family source told X17online exclusively that the confrontation Monday at the Jackson compound was organized by John Branca ... with Katherine's nephew, Trent, involved in the alleged scheme.

Jackson family advisor John Branca is responsible for Monday's standoff at the Jackson family compound involving Janet, Jermaine, Randy, Rebbie's son Austin ... as well as Trent Jackson and Michael's kids, Paris and Prince, according to the Jacksons.
X17 broke the story Monday that Trent, as well as estate executors [for Michael Jackson's estate] John Branca and John McClain, and Jackson family advisors Lowell Henry and Perry Sanders, Jr., are being investigated for elder abuse against Katherine Jackson.
As for yesterday's confrontation at the Jackson home, a source within the family tells X17online exclusively:
"John Branca set the whole thing up. He instructed Trent to send home the cooks and maids just before a state appointed guardian showed up so that the house seemed like it was in complete chaos. The guardian's visit was arranged by Branca. He made sure Trent and security members kept family members out of their own home."
Following Monday night's altercation at the Jackson compound in Calabasas, estate executors John Branca and John McClain, released the following statement:
"We are concerned that we do what we can to protect them from undue influences, bullying, greed, and other unfortunate circumstances. While we do not have standing to directly intervene, we have monitored the situation and will continue to do so. We believe measures are being put in place that will help protect them from what they are having to deal with."
Online reports claim that Tito Jackson's son, TJ, is getting legal documents prepared to become the temporary legal guardian of Paris, Prince and Blanket.
Our source adds:
"There's no way a judge will grant TJ temporary guardianship. TJ knows that Janet, Jermaine and Randy went to the house to tell the children they can see their grandmother anytime they want."
As X17 exclusively reported Monday, Paris admitted that her Tweets have been manipulated by her cousin Trent. As for why Paris declined to see her grandmother, our source tells us Michael Jackson's 14-year-old daughter is "trying to get out of going to summer school and with her grandmother not there, she's been ditching classes. Her grades are failing."
We're told, "Paris is out of control and has no respect for anyone including her aunts and uncles. She has been given way too much freedom at her age."
Our Jackson family source tells us, "Branca, McClain and Trent know the will is fake, and they're doing what they can to divert attention. Unfortunately, they're using Michael's children in the process."
Katherine Jackson remains in Arizona with her daughter Rebbie.

Jennifer Lopez and Casper Smart lunched at Bubbles in Manhattan today, and even though she was mobbed by fans on the way out of the trendy eatery, it sounds like she's having an awesome 43 birthday.

We still can't believe she's 43 years old!!! And even though we think it's a bit ridiculous that she spent $898 on this A.L.C. maxi dress, she certainly looks like a million bucks in it...

After spending last week in New York, Hilary Duff is back in town, and she's also back to working off the baby weight!
The starlet has been busting her booty at Pilates to drop the last few post-pregnancy pounds, and even though she gave birth four months ago, we think she's right on track! Maybe she should give Jessica Simpson a few pointers?
After attending a baby shower and stocking up on groceries over the weekend, Hilary tweeted on Sunday night just before 10pm, "In bed reading a script and getting sucked into @singer22 cute stuff but my..eyes..are..closing zzzzz night." Wonder what script she's reading? Think it's for TV or film? We've love to see the former Lizzie McGuire star back on the big (or small) screen!

Talk about a multitasking mama!
Jessica Alba strolled through NYC today with her adorable daughters Honor and Haven, and the Fantastic Four actress makes being fashionable while juggling two kids look easy! The 31-year-old paired a loose fitting white blouse with an orange maxi skirt, and what we love most is how she matched her bra to her outfit!
Miss Alba and her little ladies stopped by Bubbles on their jaunt through the city, so we wonder if she ran into J.Lo? The former American Idol judge stopped by the venue earlier in the afternoon with her boyfriend Casper Smart. Talk about celeb overload!
This married mother-of-two has a lot to smile about these days! In addition to beautiful children and a gorgeous husband, the brunette beauty's eco-friendly baby product company, Honest.com, just received B Corporation Certification. What's that, you ask?
"This designation is much like a Fair Trade or LEED certification and signals that we are committed to making a profound social difference, safeguarding people and the planet, and meeting higher standards of transparency, performance, and accountability," the company website explains.
The mommy mogul is set to make an appearance on behalf of Honest.com at Disrupt SF 2012 in mid-September, which is one of the most anticipated technology conferences of the year.
If she tires of her acting career, it sounds like she's got a pretty reliable fallback plan!

Lady Gaga was snapped leaving the Chateau Marmont in WeHo today, and as always, the pop superstar spent plenty of time mingling with her ans on her way out. "I missed Hollywood," she tweeted last night. "I mean, it's not my favorite place in the world. But it's nice."
Gaga was in NYC over the weekend, and she gave her fans another surprise when she played a 38-second clip of her new song for them in a parking garage! She's reportedly dropping her next album in September, and while the rest of us are interested to hear her new tunes, we're guessing Madonna won't be in any great rush to buy it!
The Queen of Pop, who has already slammed "Born This Way" quite a few times over the past year, has made yet another swipe at Gaga, this time joking in an interview with a Brazilian TV show, “I’m a really big fan of [the song]. I’m glad that I helped Gaga write it." Ouch!
In other Gaga news, the singer has taken to her littlemonsters.com site to post a snapshot of her snuggling with beau Taylor Kinney, and the two look quite smitten! Not only are the lovebirds posing for cuddly photos, but they enjoyed lunch at her father's Upper West Side restaurant over the weekend. Think Mother Monster has finally found her mate?
