Though it was rumored that filming would begin this summer, we're now hearing that it isn't set to start until September. Many of the scenes will be shot in North Carolina, and it's being reported that the Quarter Quell footage will be shot on Kauai during the final three weeks of production. Not a bad gig! Hopefully J. Law has plenty of bikinis and maxi dresses -- we have a feeling she'll be spending at least a day or two each week lounging by the pool at some posh resort!

The American Idol host was having a blast playing in the ocean on a wave-runner in Saint Tropez on Monday, where he's currently vacationing with his mom and dad for the week.

Unfortunately Seacrest's girlfriend Julianne Hough is busy filming the upcoming romantic flick Safe Haven 3 with Josh Duhamel, in North Carolina, so she had to skip out on the fancy French vaycay -- bummer!

Later that afternoon, the producer of Keeping Up With The Kardashians was seen walking around the canals of Port Grimaud, and sipping champagne while taking in the sights on a boat trip. C'est la vie!

Looks like Kim Kardashian's little brother Rob has spent a chunk of his reality show money on pricey new wheels!

The former Dancing with the Stars hunk rolled around LA in a black Mercedes G-Wagen. The stylish SUV retails for around $110,000 ... and that's just the base price.
