Jennifer Lawrence rushed to the aid of a teenage girl who collapsed on her front lawn Monday, calling paramedics and waiting with the girl until help arrived.

An X17 photographer on the scene tells us: "Jennifer ran outside her apartment when she heard a girl scream and immediately called 911. When the EMT arrived, she stayed to make sure everything was okay. She was really scared for the girl."

The Hunger Games star stayed close to the young girl who apparently fainted on the law of Lawrence's Santa Monica apartment building.

By-standers stopped to help as well and no one seemed to pay attention to the fact that a major film star was with them. The girl was treated on the scene and taken home by her friend.

Break out the bubbly, Zach Galifianakis is tying the knot!

The Hangover star and his longtime love Quinn Lundberg are engaged to be married, with the wedding set to take place August 11. The happy couple has reportedly already sent out invitations for the big day, but the wedding location has yet to be revealed. The pair split their time between North Carolina and Venice, California.

Lundberg is the co-founder of Growing Voices, an NGO that helps victims of domestic violence as well as aides rural education in Malawi, and wedding guests have been ask to make donations to the non-profit in lieu of gifts.

50 Cent was rushed to the hospital early on Tuesday morning after his bullet-proof SUV was rear-ended by a Mack truck on the Long Island Expressway in New York City.

The rapper was put on a stretcher and taken to the nearest Queens hospital, and his rep told the NY Daily News, “[50 Cent] was taken to New York Hospital Queens where he was treated for minor neck and back injuries. He was released this morning and is doing fine.”

50's driver was also taken to the ER, and according to his website the SUV almost flipped over. The truck driver reportedly told police his load shifted and he lost control of the vehicle.
