The mother of three welcomed a baby boy to her brood a little over a month ago, and she recently revealed that she is looking to get back to her pre-pregnancy bod with the help of a trainer, a move that she attributed to Jessica Alba's rapid weight loss.

Apart from working on her fitness and looking after her little ones, Garner is gearing up for her role in Back Roads, which is currently in its pre-production stages. Maybe that's why she's so motivated to shed the baby weight?
