James Franco strikes an uncanny resemblance to Britney Spears' ex-husband in his latest film role for Spring Breakers. The film also stars Selena Gomez, Vanessa Hudgens, and Ashley Benson, and The Biebs' gal pal recently posted this picture to her Instagram account... looks like the cast is having tons of fun shooting!

The 33-year-old actor always immerses himself in his character, so we can't wait to watch him play a drug and arms dealer in the film.

Given the fact that all three girls spend the majority of their screen time in bikinis, we would guess this movie is going to be a hit at the box office!

Now that Lindsay Lohan's formal probation period has ended, her dad Michael is singing her praises.

Papa Lohan tells X17online exclusively:

"I'm really proud of Lindsay for her diligence, staying sober and focusing on her life and career as well as my daughter Ali for being a stabilizing force in Lindsays life. I only expect the best from here on."

Lindsay Lohan arrived at court at 9:45am this morning for her final hearing in connection with her 2007 DUI arrests and 2011 shoplifting charges, and Judge Stephanie Sautner has officially downgraded her from formal probation to summary (or informal) probation.

Judge Sautner confirmed that Lohan has completed all of her required therapy sessions and community service hours at the LA County Morgue, and she noted that the only terms left for Lohan are to "obey all laws" for the next 2 1/2 years. Judge Sautner added, "You don't need to come to court anymore, as I said this DUI case is now over for you ... [However], the necklace [theft] case will be hanging over your head until May 24, 2014."

So what does this mean for Lohan? She won't have to report to a probation officer anymore or appear in court, and again, as Judge Sautner said, if she stays out of trouble, she'll be completely free of her informal probation in a little over 2 years.

Though Judge Sautner joked, "I don't expect to see you again," she did caution the 25-year-old actress, telling her, "Live your life in a more mature way, stop the nightclubbing and focus on your work."

Lohan thanked the judge for her fairness, adding, "It's really opened a lot of doors for me so I really appreciate it."

Before a jubilant Lohan and attorney Shawn Chapman Holley hugged and exited the courtroom, Sautner gave one final comment, telling the starlet, "The leash you're going to be on is self-imposed ... Good bye and good luck."

Amy Winehouse's parents are set to receive their daughter's $4.66 million dollar estate, nearly nine months after her unfortunate passing.

The late singer didn't prepare a will, allowing Mitch and Janis Winehouse to inherit her fortune by default.

Mitch also becomes the administrator of her estate in the process while her ex-husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, is not due to receive any portion of her earnings according to probate documents.

Winehouse, who died in July 2011 due to alcohol poisoning, was worth an estimated $10 million due in large part to her hit album Back To Black, which sold over 10 million copies worldwide.

Rihanna is currently in London to promote her upcoming action flick Battleship, and during a press conference yesterday, one reporter rubbed her the wrong way when they decided to focus on her personal life.

A correspondent named Sarah asked the 24-year-old R&B starlet, "Things are clearly going brilliantly in your career. I just wondered if you are as happy in your private life. Will we be seeing a certain Mr. Ashton Kutcher perhaps making a trip over here?”

RiRi, who appeared less than thrilled, replied, “Wow, how disappointing was that question? I’m happy and I’m single, if that’s what you’re really asking.”

Bobby Brown has officially been charged with three misdemeanors in connection with his drunk driving arrest early this week.

According to the city attorney spokesman Frank Mateljan, Brown was found to have a blood alcohol level of more than .08 percent.

He was initially pulled over by the California Highway Patrol for driving unsafely, but was found to also be driving on a suspended license.

Brown's court date has not been announced. If he is found guilty, he could face up to a $1,000 fine and six months in jail.
