They Jonas Brothers are back!

As promised, the adorable boy band will soon be coming out with a new album, and they've officially hit the recording studio to make sweet music together again!

This week Kevin shared some special behind the scenes footage of his bros via Twitter, which featured the former Dsney stars recording a new track.

"We pay attention to it, definitely," Nick tells MTV of the upcoming album. "That's part of your job as an artist, too, is to be aware of what other people are doing. ... We pay attention and have been paying attention just to see where we want to fall. But first we just want to write great songs, and as far as how it sounds, that'll come second."

But Nick warned, "We don't know how long it's going to take us to write this record. It may take a couple weeks, it may take months, it could take years, but we're ready to go on that journey. It's been a while and there has been a lot of growth as individuals and musically as well. We've all gone on our journeys musically. It'll be interesting to see what comes of that."

We can't wait!

Dennis Quaid's wife Kimberly Buffington-Quaid has filed for divorce from the actor, after eight years of marriage, TMZ reports.

According to divorce documents filed by the soon-to-be ex Mrs. Quaid, "The marriage has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities ... that destroys the legitimate ends of the marriage relationship and prevents any reasonable expectation of reconciliation."

There is also a temporary custody order in place, so that both Dennis and Kimberly can split their time with their 4-year-old twins, who nearly died shortly after birth because the medial staff at Cedars-Sinai gave them an accidental overdose of the drug Heparin.

The temporary order also gives Kimberly possession of their main house and the Mercedes, while Quaid will get the Cadillac Escalade and a condo.

The temporary order says, "The parties shall cooperate with one another in using the Range Rover..." and the ex-couple are also ordered not to say anything "vulgar, profane, obscene or indecent" to each other.

Dennis and Kimberly tied the knot in 2004.

Leading man Johnny Depp may be playing a sidekick in the upcoming remake of The Lone Ranger, but in his stunning Native American costume, there's no doubt he'll steel the show!

The first photo of Johnny Depp as his sidekick Tonto has finally been released, with Armie Hammer as the Ranger, and Depp is so excited about his new role, he Tweeted on Thursday, "Tonto and The Lone Ranger Ride Again!"

The photo features Depp in full Native American garb, with tribal facepaint, a full headdress and feathers, while Hammer looks gorgeous -- as usual -- in his cowboy hat and sexy mask.

The film also stars Helena Bonham Carter and Tom Wilkinson and is expected to hit theaters in 2013.

Its been reported recently that the newly engaged Princess of pop is negotiating a contract to serve as a judge in the next season of X Factor, and a deal could be signed as early as next week, according to THR.

Apparently it was show creator Simon Cowell who made the decision to approach Miss B, after ratings from the first season were less than stellar, and Paula Abdul, Steve Jones and Nicole Scherzinger failed to bring any added drama to the show.

While speaking with reporters in February, Cowell hinted that “there’s going to be a lot of twists and turns over the next few weeks and a lot of things we’re going to announce," but remained vague on the details.

X Factor auditions kick off on March 1, and if Brit will be there, we're definitely watching!

She may look angelic in white, but Angelina Jolie couldn't cover up all of her bad-girl side as she flashed a few tattoos while waving from a chauffeur driven car, on Thursday evening.

The Oscar winner attended the 3rd Annual Women in the World Summit at Lincoln Center, where she was presented onstage by genocide survivor Sandra Uwiringiyimana.

Jolie, a Goodwill Ambassador and United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, was at the event to champion the Nobel Peace Prize for her friend, Dr. Hawa Abdi, who has been treating thousands of Somalian people since 1983.

During her speech, The Tourist star also revealed that she's even dipped into her own pocket to keep a full staff for the Dr. employed. Could she be any more perfect?

Turns out Scout Willis' scandalous Tweets about adderall, cigarettes and capitalism were all just part of a school project!

Bruce Willis and Demi Moore's 20-year-old daughter, who is a student at Brown University, began writing graphic messages via her Twitter account, @bougepunk, which included such messages as, "I hate capitalism like I hate my parents, but they both serve me so well."

A blog called IvyGate.com took notice of the Tweets, and called her out on the comments, saying, "Scout has shared some insanely graphic accounts of her personal life. Why worry about school? Just take an adderall, make lists, smoke too many cigarettes and voila, panic attacks and straight A's here I come."

It wasn't long before Scout's parents were flooded with phone calls, and she was forced to shut down the page on Thursday.

A rep for Wills released a statement on her behalf, explaining:

"In connection with a class assignment, in which students were asked to create a 'culture jam' or 'hoax,' three students created a satirical and fabricated Twitter account in which everything tweeted was fictional. This was done to illustrate how social media is utilized and that in today's social media culture, you can create a significant twitter following based entirely on fabricated lies, and that the more outrageous and controversial the fabricated statement, the more followers you will get."

The statement concludes: "Current media interest in the fabricated Twitter school assignment appears to prove that point."

Katy Perry's ex hubby is also gearing up to begin production on Strangely Uplifting, which is his first television production deal for Brand Films. Sounds like Brand's remedy for a split is work, work, work!

Heidi Klum is finally opening up about what she's been going through after parting ways with her hubby of seven years, and she's ready to put the past behind her!

The ex-Victoria's Secret angel will appear on Elle's April issue, and she tells the mag of her shocking split:

"I feel like I'm in the eye of the tornado. It's emotions inside of your body that are a tornado. And then the outside world doing all this craziness -- with you wanting it or not wanting it -- is another tornado, but as hard as it is, so is life. And sometimes I think a curveball just comes at you. Instead of something straight that you catch, it hits you in the head from the side that you didn't expect."

Klum also hinted that there had been trouble brewing for some time:

"To the outside world, you don't really share all the things that happen. You kind of share just the most amazing sides, but I don't really want to get into any of that stuff. With my life, my family, my business -- I want to go forward."

She adds, "People don't need to know who did what. I don't want to talk positively or negatively about the ups and downs that we had. Every couple goes through things. Unfortunately, we're in the public, so the highs are out there."

Now that she's newly single, Heidi is looking forward to spending more time with her kids. "I'm a lioness. I have four cubs. I'm a mom. I want to take care of my kids and protect them. I don't want to talk about them, or him, or me."
