Since then, they've made diss songs about each other, taken turns calling each other Regina George from Mean Girls, and avoided awkward award show run-ins. Now, all can be forgotten!

The California girl confessed that she was ready to put their bad blood - pun intended! - behind them during an interview with The Thrive Global Podcast last summer.

"I am ready to let it go. I forgive her and I’m sorry for anything I ever did, and I hope the same from her … I love her, and I want the best for her. And I think she’s a fantastic songwriter," she explained.

"Maybe I don’t agree with everything she does and she doesn’t agree with everything I do, but I just really, truly want to come together in a place of love and forgiveness and understanding and compassion,” she added.

We caught Justin Bieber heading into Jim Henson studios yesterday afternoon, and we couldn't believe our eyes when minutes later, John Mayer arrived! Could they be working on new music together? Joining forces would pretty much guarantee some hits!

The two have been having a low-key bromance for some time, so it's not crazy to think they might collaborate on some new tunes. The Biebs has showed his love for the musician by rocking his concert t-shirts, while the "Gravity" crooner publicly came to JB's defense last year after he announced his decision to cancel the remaining dates of his Purpose tour.

"When someone pulls remaining dates of a tour, it means they would have done real damage to themselves if they kept going. We've lost so many great artists lately. I give Justin [thumbs up] for realizing it was time to call it. You should too," Mayer wrote on his social media.

In other news, we wonder what the "Sorry" crooner thought about ex Selena Gomez's Met Gala look? He skipped fashion's biggest event, and decided to keep it real on Instagram instead.
