Not only are we going to hear previously unreleased songs from Taylor Swift on The Hunger Games soundtrack, but we'll also get some new tunes from the Arcade Fire and the Decemberists.

MTV reports that the album will be produced by Grammy-winner T Bone Burnett, who has already worked with Swift on the soundtrack's first single, "Safe and Sound" and the Arcade Fire on "Horn of Plenty".

And get this -- the film's star, Jennifer Lawrence, will also lend her vocals? to the soundtrack! Burnett tells MTV that Lawrence's singing is "beautiful. She did great. She's singing great. Killer actor too." The rest of the lineup has not yet been released, but the soundtrack will feature all new songs based on themes that complement the film's plot.

Kim Kardashian will not be ringing in the new year $600,000 richer, according to her rep.

The 31-year-old reality star reportedly scored a six-figure deal for an appearance at Tao nightclub in Las Vegas -- in addition to a few other Sin City appearances -- but Kim's rep tells us the claims are "absolutely false."

A source with a knowledge of Kim's business affairs confirms to X17online the starlet consistently draws over-the-top crowds, and for that reason, she commands $600K - $700K for personal appearances, but that's not always the case for Miss Kardashian!

Jennifer Hudson has revealed that she passed on the starring role in Precious because she didn't want to pack on the pounds!

In her new book, I Got This: How I Changed My Ways and Lost What Weighed Me Down, the 30-year-old singer/actress explains why she turned down the chance to play a character that might have earned her yet another Academy Award.

"I had [gained weight] with Effie [in Dreamgirls]," she writes (via Uptown Magazine, who snagged an excerpt from her novel). "And as much as I was moved by this film, I wanted to try a role that had nothing whatsoever to do with my weight." Adding that she didn't want to be pigeon-holed as the “big girl," Hudson's decision to pass on the role opened the doors for relatively unknown actress Gabourey Sidibe to take over, earning her an Oscar nod in 2009.

Over the years Hudson has dropped 80 pounds with the help of Weight Watchers, and she continues to serve as a spokeswoman for the company.

Soul singer John Legend has proposed to model girlfriend Chrissy Teigen.

The "Ordinary People" crooner popped the question while the two were vacationing in the Maldives, Legend's rep confirms.

Legend, 32, and Teigen, 26, have not announced the wedding date nor the location of the future ceremony.

The twosome have been dating since 2007.

The sexy singer will be hitting the stage at The Pearl at the Palms for New Year's Eve, and we have a feeling his stunning fiancee will be right there by his side.

Taylor Lautner fell victim to a photoshopping hoax that spread across the internet on Monday claiming the Twilight hunk was "out and proud."

A rep for People has confirmed the cover is "absolutely fake."

On the fake cover, it says Lautner is "tired of the rumors" and feels "more liberated, and happier than I've ever been."

After seeing the cover on the internet, Def Jam's Russell Simmons Tweeted, "proud of Taylor Lautner for his bravery and his courage." Upon hearing that it was a fake, Simmons later Tweeted, "disappointed that people would joke about someone coming out about their sexuality. Let Taylor Lautner be whoever he wants to be..."

Lautner's rep has yet to issue a comment.

Sinead O'Connor tied the knot only eighteen days ago to Barry Herridge, and already, the "Nothing Compares 2 U" singer has called it quits.

On her official website, O'Connor, 45, wrote:

"[There was] a wild ride I took us on looking for a bit of a smoke of weed for my wedding night as I don't drink. My husband was enormously wounded and very badly affected by that experience and also by the attitude of those close to him toward our marriage. It became apparent to me that if he were to stay with me he would be losing too much to bear."

She went on to say that "within three hours the ceremony being over the marriage was kyboshed by the behavior of certain people in my husband's life."

O'Connor and Herridge, 38, tied the knot at Las Vegas' Little White Wedding Chapel. Sinead adds, "A woman wants to be a joy to her husband. So you love someone? Set them free."

Before marrying Herridge, the singer was married to journalist Nicholas Sommerlad, musician Steve Cooney and music producer John Reynolds.

She was still rocking her trademark blonde locks in Aspen, Colorado, last week, but it seems Miss Hilton was craving a color change for the New Year!

The heiress stepped out with stunning long brunette locks, matching her all-black outfit, while on an after-Christmas shopping trip to Louis Vuitton (think they have sales?) in Beverly Hills, on Monday afternoon.

But could the new 'do be one of her many wigs? Paris is known to don brunette wigs just for fun at times, so we're guessing the hair color change isn't for real!

After shopping on Rodeo Drive, Hilton got down to business, ending her day with the Tweet: "Nice to come home after a long day of meetings. Time to relax. Bubble bath time. :)."
