It's been a very emotional holiday season for Selena Gomez and her fam, but we're happy to hear they are doing OK.

The pop star finally broken her silence on Monday, after her mom suffered a miscarriage last week, expressing via Twitter:

"Belated Merry Christmas everybody. I can't thank you enough for all of your thoughts and prayers. I love you all so much and we hope you and your family had a beautiful Christmas!"

Gomez signed the message for her entire family, and "our guardian angel Scarlett."

X7 got exclusive photos of her beau Justin Bieber stopping by the hospital recently to check in on his ladylove and her family, who announced the miscarriage two weeks after Selena revealed the news of her mom's pregnancy.

The Monte Carlo star pulled out of two holiday performances to be with her fam, but she's still set to perform alongside Bieber in Times Square for MTV's live New Year's Eve special.

Newly separated Ashton Kutcher doesn't have Demi to keep him warm this winter!

The Two and a Half Men star shared a lonely Twitpic of himself with an outdoor X-mas tree late Monday evening, where he's enjoying a Roman Holiday with a few friends.

The actor Tweeted the caption, "Keeping warm this holiday season, hope everyone is having a good one."

Meanwhile it seems soon-to-be ex-wife Demi, who still goes by @mrskutcher on Twitter, continues to foot the bill for Kutcher’s tanning expenses!

Apparently Ashton frequents Le Beach Club Tanning Resorts in LA, where Demi has an account, and he still pops in to tan on his ex's dime. “Ashton came in to tan and used Demi’s account,” a source told Star. “He just assumed his tan could still be charged to Demi. He didn’t offer to pay or anything. He didn’t say his name or anything either; he just walked in and assumed everything would go as usual.”

Good to hear the exes are still on friendly terms!

Maria Shriver filed for divorce from Arnold Schwarzenegger back in July, however since then, the twosome have been spending every holiday together ... most recently Christmas, according to People.

A source close to the couple tells the mag that the couple "had a really nice time" with their children at the family's Brentwood home. The source adds:

"Children and family come first. Arnold and Maria will always come together when it comes to supporting and loving their children."?

Various online reports are claiming Shriver has recently been torn about whether to move forward with her divorce due to religious beliefs. Other reports are claiming Schwarzenegger desperately wants his wife back and has been doing everything he can to prove it ... including presenting her with gifts.

Shriver, 56, and Schwarzenegger, 64, now live in separate homes. The former First Lady of California is currently renovating a home that she purchased in Brentwood

The couple, who have four children together, had been married for twenty five years before announcing their split earlier this year. Their marriage fell apart when it was revealed that Schwarzenegger fathered a son with the family's former housekeeper.

Biebs has agreed to donate a portion of the proceeds earned from his perfume sales, as well as sales generated from his holiday album Under The Mistletoe. The "Baby" singer is also involved with several other charities including Make-A-Wish Foundation, Toronto's Daily Bread Food Bank and Children's Wish Foundation.

As for George Clooney, he gained recognition for his advocacy of human rights in Sudan.

The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo had a budget close to $90 million, however the highly-anticipated flick only brought in $13 million during opening weekend.

When asked if that makes Dragon Tattoo a flop, one movie analyst tells E!:

"A debut of $13 million over the holiday season is equivalent to a lump of coal, especially for a film that brings along this much fanfare. With a budget approaching $90 million, plus purchasing the rights to the Millennium franchise, plus big-time marketing, this will go down as a dud."

Ouch! In positive box office news, Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol raked in $26.5 million, followed by Sherlock Holmes with $17.8 million. Rounding out the top three ... the newest Chipmunks flick.

We'll see if Dragon Tattoo picks up steam at the box office as the new year approaches.

Katherine Jackson headed to Sin City for the holidays to catch a performance of "Legends in Concert" at Harrah's Las Vegas.

After watching the Vegas concert, Katherine posed alongside the show's Michael Jackson tribute artist, William Hall.
