Teen Mom's Amber Portwood is back in jail after an Indiana judge ruled that she violated her probation today.

Portwood's brother Shawn tells Us Weekly that "probation officers visited [her] for a random drug test at her house and they found pills in her purse that she did not have a prescription for even although she explained that they had previously been prescribed to her. In addition she missed a court hearing and that is why she was jailed this time around." Yikes!

Last June Portwood pled guilty to two counts of domestic battery after she was caught on camera assaulting her 3-year-old daughter Leah's father, Gary Shirley. Shawn added that his sister "is distraught because she was planning to spend Christmas with her family and Gary was going to let her see Leah also."

Portwood is due to face a judge on January 13.

Chaz Bono has ended his engagement to Jennifer Elia, his rep confirms.

The former Dancing With the Stars contestant, 42, and Elia shared their proposal last month on the reality show Being Chaz which aired on the OWN Network.

Bono's rep, Howard Bragman, released the following statement:

"They leave this relationship with great love, respect and affection toward one another. No further amplification will be forthcoming and they ask that you respect their privacy at this time."

Chaz, the first transgender contestant to be featured on DWTS, Tweeted the following message to his fans:

"Thanks for your concern about our separation. I'm doing fine, and we remain on good terms with nothing but respect and affection 4 each other."

Bono and Elia have been together since 2005.

After snuggling up to Tom Cruise at the European premieres of Mission: Impossible -- Ghost Protocol, Paula Patton has caught our attention yet again by stripping down for the January issue of GQ.

On shooting the fourth installment of the MI franchise, Paula spills to the mag, "I was doing physical stunts ... feet in the mud, fingernails full of dirt, shooting and fighting for my life.” Now that we know who she is, it's yet another reason to check out the film!

Christian Bale, Anne Hathaway and Tom Hardy are ready to thrill in The Dark Knight Rises. What a cast!

This is the third film in the Batman trilogy ... followed by Batman Begins in 2005 and The Dark Knight in 2008.

The action-packed flick also features Michael Caine, Morgan Freeman and Joseph Gordon-Levitt. The Dark Knight Rises hits theaters on July 20.

Over the weekend we spotted Nick Jonas leaving the Henri Bendel store in West Hollywood, and the youngest JoBro hid his shopping bag behind his back when he returned to his car. We're not totally sure, but we're willing to bet that he was sneaking around with some holiday goodies for his much older girlfriend, Aussie singer Delta Goodrem.

Just last month Nick went down under to pay his lady love a visit, and even though they're 8 years apart (which is a lot when you consider Nick is still technically a teenager!), it looks like they're still going strong. Hmm, wonder what he got her? With his Disney millions, we think he could afford something pretty nice!

Jose Angel Santana, a former New York University professor, claims he lost his job after teaching James Franco in his "Directing the Actor" class. The teacher has filed a lawsuit claiming he was "wrongfully terminated."

Santana tells the NY Post he has suffered "public humiliation" since giving Franco a "D." The professor gave the actor a "D" for skipping out on 12 of the 14 classes.

In the legal papers, it states, "In my opinion, they've turned the NYU graduate film degree into swag for James Franco's purposes, a possession, something you can buy."

Santana also claims this would never have happened if he were a caucasian professor.

NYU has denied any wrongdoing ... calling Santana's claims "ridiculous."
