The Duggar family received some devastating news on Thursday, when Michelle suffered a miscarriage with her 20th pregnancy, her husband Jim Bob told Us Weekly.

The 19 Kids and Counting star said in a statement:

"Earlier today at a routine doctor's appointment, Michelle and I received the sad news that we lost the baby. Michelle is resting comfortably at home with the support of the entire family. We are grateful for all the thoughts and prayers, but ask for privacy during this difficult time."

The Duggar's 20th child was due to be born in April, and would have joined siblings: Joshua, 23, twins Jana and John-David, 21; Jill, 20; Jessa, 19; Jinger, 17; Joseph, 16; Josiah, 15; Joy-Anna, 14; twins Jedidiah and Jeremiah, 12; Jason, 11; James, 10; Justin, 8; Jackson, 7; Johanna, 6; Jennifer, 4; Jordyn, 3, and Josie, almost 2.

No doubt the Duggars, who have openly expressed their wanting more children, will try to get pregnant again soon.

We all know the Kardashian girls love to push the fashion envelope, but Khloe's animal print head scarf may be pushing it over the edge. We know it's cold outside and all, but still.

Kim's little sister arrived at LAX for her trip to New York ... flashing us a smile AND a black bra through her sweater.

The 27-year-old reality star and hubby of two years Lamar Odom, 32, are currently pursuing in vitro fertilization, according to Us. A source tells the mag, "She is desperate for a baby with Lamar and will do whatever it takes."

Khloe reportedly has been feeling the pressure to conceive since sister Kourtney announced she's pregnant with her second child.

Odom already has two children with ex-girlfriend Liza Morales ... 13-year-old daughter Destiny and 10-year-old son, Lamar Jr.

Pink and her darling daughter Willow Sage grabbed brunch in Malibu on Thursday morning, and we can't get over how cute the tiny tot is! Both of the ladies bundled up in coordinating red and black outfits, and little miss Willow didn't seemed fazed by all the attention her famous mommy received from photogs!

Yesterday Pink got into the holiday spirit, tweeting, "Christmas Tree up. 1st batch of cookies baked and eaten. Menorah out. It's the Holidays b*tches...next up in the baker's kitchen: banana rum bars. bam. PLA-DOW."

Nicki Minaj turns the big 2-8 today and her gal pal Britney Spears is giving her some birthday love!

The "Criminal" singer posted the above video on her Twitter account. So sweet!

Minaj was part of Spears' Femme Fatale tour earlier this year. The "Super Bass" singer taped a special message for Britney for her 30th birthday a few weeks back. Now it looks like Brit is returning the favor.

Jessica Simpson taped an appearance on an upcoming episode of the Rachael Ray Show, and not only did she talk about her pregnancy cravings, but she reminded us that she's still the ditzy blonde we fell in love with on Newlyweds.

"That's the one thing about pregnancy -- I'll cry at the drop of a hat," she told Ray. "Even a great souffle would make me cry! I felt [the baby] move the other day for the first time and I had big crocodile tears. It was the coolest thing ever. It did a flip or something. I was like, 'There it went. It's there. It's really there.'"

Unfortunately, Jessica seems to be having another Chicken of the Sea moment, as crocodile tears are generally defined as a false or "insincere display of grief." Jess is clearly smart enough to make millions of dollars off of her fashion empire, movies and music, but it seems like her IQ is still closer to her waist measurement than her weight.

Simpson also revealed that she is fiending for all sorts of different foods, telling Ray, "This week it's peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, toasted. And then, I'll put some salt on my hand like I'm taking a tequila shot and then take a bite of the sandwich." Ick!

Zac Efron is showing off his bulging biceps in the new trailer for The Lucky One. After watching the former High School Musical hottie in action, we feel like the lucky ones!

In the flick, Zac plays a soldier injured in Iraq who returns home in search of a woman he credits with saving his life ... via a photograph. Lucky actress Taylor Schilling plays his love interest. Plus, there are a few shirtless scenes with Zac ... which we don't mind.

The Lucky One, also starring Gwyneth Paltrow's mom Blythe Danner, hits theaters next April.

Last night Paris Hilton had a holiday party at her Hollywood Hills home, and the heiress posted this pic on Twitter and wrote, "Tonight's gonna be a good good night! #YES! Family Guy and Archer at my Christmas Party. Love it! My Electric Christmas with the best people! @DJAfrojack spinned the sickest set ever! Everyone had the time of their lives! So much fun! #YES!"

Brad Pitt's blonde locks are looking a bit intense these days ... or at least for this New York Times Magazine photo shoot.

The 47-year-old Moneyball actor is just one of several stars featured in the mag's "Touch of Evil" spread. The photo shoot represents classic evil characters throughout the history of film. Brad is channeling Eraserhead from David Lynch's 1977 film.

Angelina Jolie's hubby is also starring in a brief video in which he slowly turns to the camera with his mouth opening wide. Yep, pretty creepy!
