The Transformers hottie made an effort to hide her lips as she made her way to lunch, after stopping by a medical building in Beverly Hills, on Tuesday.

Fox has repeatedly denied that she's had plastic surgery or received any injections, even posting several Twitpics of her "unaltered" face on Twitter to prove she's all natural, but the actress does admit she still gets a little self-conscience about her looks.

Megan recently confessed: "I hate doing the red carpets. It's all about what you're wearing and how you look, and I don't know anyone who's super comfortable and confident in doing that. I mean I do know a few people, but it's not the norm."

He may be wearing track pants and a Dodgers jersey, but David Arquette made sure to dress up his relaxed ensemble with a plaid dinner jacket, for a lunch date with new girlfriend Christina McLarty, in Hollywood on Tuesday.

The former Dancing with the Stars contestant was actually dressed in gym wear for a reason -- he's still taking dancing lessons from former partner Kym Johnson!

Arquette posted a Twitpic earlier in the day, before meeting up with his ladylove for lunch, with the caption: "Guess who I had a dance lesson with @kym_johnson - It was so much fun to dance with you again."

Newly single, and in need of a bachelor pad STAT, Ashton Kutcher stopped by to check out a modern $10 million home in the Hollywood Hills recently.

The Two and a Half Men star is currently in NYC to promote the upcoming holiday flick, New Year's Eve, but he couldn't take his eyes off the hot property before he left.



Perfect for late night entertaining, the 5 bed/8 bath home is nestled on 0.57 acres atop the Hollywood Hills and boasts a floating dining room, a state-of-the-art gourmet kitchen, a private screening room, a bar, a gym/massage room, enclosed gardens, an infinity pool, an open sky terrace, a perfect view of the Hollywood sign, retractable walls of glass to "bring the outdoors in," and a hot tub fit for those ladies who are "worthy" of late night partying.

While we aren't 100% certain Kutcher will make an offer on the home -- it's currently listed for rent at $50,000/month -- he did look at the sweet pad for over an hour.

An X17 photographer on the scene tells us:

"Ashton loved this property. It has bachelor pad written all over it. This neighborhood is stunning. It's a trophy house with a view of all of LA. It's totally the type of place a hot, single Hollywood guy would want."

Black or white, Angelina Jolie looks picture-perfect in any ensemble!

The gorgeous actress did a quick-change in NYC on Tuesday night, donning an all-black tuxedo suit for a trip to five star restaurant, Quality Meats, before changing into a cream colored jacket and dress with matching shoes, for a night out on the town.

Jolie is in the city to promote her writing/directorial debut, In The Land of Blood and Honey, and she recently explained that her new film is especially important for younger audiences.

The Oscar winner told MTV News at the film's premiere: "This young audience will be interested because [of] the characters — they'll identify with them. This is the '90s. They may have been children or not alive during that time, but they're watching people who were 18 years old, 10 years old in a European cosmopolitan society, and it's what would have happened if they went to war."

In the Land of Blood and Honey hits theaters Dec 23.

Justin Bieber keeps rolling out those Christmas hits!

The 17-year-old singer has just released the video for "Santa Claus Is Coming To Town" ... a song featured on Biebs' album Under The Mistletoe. The holiday track is also on the soundtrack for Arthur Christmas.

In the upbeat video, Bieber is seen working hard in what looks like Santa's North Pole workshop. With the young singer's funky 'do, a robotic-type arm and breakdancing elves ... what's not to like!

You may recall, during a recent Today Show appearance to plug his new album, Justin forgot lyrics to this song ... and repeated some lines and danced a little in the hopes that audiences wouldn't notice. We noticed, but he still rocked it!

This video follows last week's release of the "All I Want For Christmas" music video featuring Mariah Carey. Bieber sure knows how to give for the holidays.

Katie Price was spotted leaving a medical building in Beverly Hills, and later we caught the glamour model lunching at the Ivy. While it's pretty impossible to miss her Snooki-style tan and bleached blonde locks, the throng of paparazzi photographers following her down Robertson Blvd definitely gave her away!

Just a few minutes ago Ms. Price tweeted, "its taken time and some effort by my team, but after some great meetings, LA really does turn your dreams into reality i am sooo excited! x." Oooh, does that mean she's getting a new reality show? We definitely dig the busty Brit, so we'd love to see her on the small screen sometime in the near future!

Alec Baldwin was kicked off his American Airlines flight from LAX this afternoon after he was caught playing a game on his cell phone shortly before takeoff.

Baldwin's rep told Us Weekly, "Alec was asked to leave the flight for playing Words with Friends while parked at the gate. He loves WWF so much that he was willing to leave a plane for it, but he has already boarded another AA flight." Ha!

Baldwin tweeted, "The flight attendant on American reamed me out for playing Words With Friends while we sat at the gate, not moving. No wonder American Air is bankrupt ... The real way is United."

Interestingly enough, almost exactly a year ago actor Josh Duhamel was kicked off a flight after refusing to turn off his BlackBerry before takeoff. What is it with celebs and airline regulations? Sheesh!

With baby number three just a few months away, it's going to start getting competitive in the Garner-Affleck household!

Yesterday we spotted Jennifer Garner taking daughter Violet to school, and Miss V appeared thrilled to have her mom escorting her to class. Either that or she's on cloud nine after celebrating her 6th birthday last week! Daddy Ben Affleck is busy shooting Argo (hence the shaggy 'do he's still sporting), so it looks like Jen is on double duty with V and Seraphina for the time being...
