Hints:

2) She won't be covering up later this year when she plays a mom/hooker in an upcoming Lifetime TV series!

3) She may or may not currently be a size 2.

Despite initial accusations that she kidnapped her 5-year-old son Zander last week, Mindy McCready left her child-welfare hearing yesterday in good spirits.

"WE WON!!! ZAN STAYS," McCready wrote in a text message to Headline News' Jane Velez Mitchell last night. "Court details sealed but we love Judge Lee W. Harrod."

McCready took Zander from her mother's Florida home last week (Gayle McCready is Zander's legal guardian), and several days later authorities found the troubled country singer and her son hiding in a closet in Arkansas, at a residence presumed to belong to her boyfriend. It was also recently revealed that McCready is seven months pregnant with twins, which may have helped her earn some sympathy at the hearing.

On Monday, McCready told reporters that she couldn't talk about the ruling but said she's "a happy girl right now." McCready added, "I love Judge Harrod, I'll tell you that. He's a good man."

ESPN reporter Erin Andrews has filed a $10 million invasion of privacy lawsuit against Marriott and Michael Barrett, the man who videotaped her through the peephole of her hotel room back in 2008.

Andrews is suing for damages ... $6 million against Marriott and $4 million against Barrett.

The lawsuit, filed in Nashville, says the following:

"The unknowing and unwelcome filming of (Andrews) while she was changing and the further dissemination of unauthorized, private videos of (Andrews) in the hotel rooms has caused and continues to cause her great emotional distress and embarrassment."

In the suit, it also claims Barrett was told by Marriott staff as to the whereabouts of Andrews' hotel room. He was then able to book the room right next door.

Barrett reportedly videotaped Andrews through peepholes at numerous hotels in various states.

Jesse James makes a guest appearance on American Chopper: The Build-Off, and not only does the motorcycle mechanic talk smack about some of his competitors, but he seemingly blames ex-wife Sandra Bullock for his bad press and career problems! "I became a big shot and married some Hollywood actress and didn't talk to anybody anymore, so I feel bad," James says in the clip. "I feel obligated to reconnect with all these people and show 'em that I'm still the same fabricator motorcycle guy ... I'm not what I became." Hmm, I guess he doesn't remember Bullock winning an Oscar in 2010 and thanking him during her acceptance speech!

When he was done slamming Bullock, James ripped on Paul Teutul and Paul Teutul Jr., the stars of the show and fellow custom motorcycle manufacturers. "I don’t know what the Teutuls do for a gas tank -- I think he just yells at someone to get it done and it didn’t matter how it got done," James proclaims. "I can’t see that stuff lasting, I think it will work if the bike is static and just gets started up for TV. My stuff is meant to do 100...like full, aggressive riding and to withstand punishment."

Bullock divorced James in 2010 after 5 years of marriage, and claims of his inifidelity emerged right after she thanked him at the Oscars. James later admitted to cheating on Bullock, and he said in an interview that he took "a pretty amazing life and marriage" and "threw it away."

Brody Jenner and a pal grabbed lunch in Malibu yesterday, and we later spotted the former Hills hottie getting into his sexy black Dodge Charger. Despite the trucker hats and shlubby attire, Brody is still reasonably attractive, but when you factor in the vintage whip, it takes his hotness to a whole new level!

But where was girlfriend Avril Lavigne? The other day we spotted her on a dinner date with ex-husband Deryck Whibley at Madeo, so we have to wonder how Brody feels about that!

Taylor Swift is one of the only country stars that can look cute while dressed frumpy.

In her latest video for the single "Ours," the 21-year-old is portraying an office worker ... messy hair, sneakers and a snoozy wardrobe. But Taylor's love interest, played by Friday Night Lights star Zach Gilford, makes for a cute storyline. As usual, love prevails. We all love a happy ending!

This is the fifth song off Taylor's platinum album, Speak Now.

Ms. Swift, who turns 22 next week, recently said she'd like to collaborate with Nicki Minaj. Talk about an interesting combo!

Brooke Mueller was arrested for assault and cocaine possession in Aspen last weekend, but ex-husband Charlie Sheen will not be seeking custody of their two-year-old twin sons Bob and Max, according to online reports.

Sheen "doesn't think it's in his sons' best interests" to pursue any changes in their current custody arrangement, and a source tells Radar, "Charlie knows that Brooke is battling a horrible disease, but that she is inherently a good person, and great mother. Charlie won't be going to court anytime soon to seek custody of the boys, or to make any changes in custodial time. Charlie is much more interested in helping Brooke, and knows that hauling her into court right now would not benefit anyone in the long run."

Mueller returned to Los Angeles with their sons last night, and a man thought to be Sheen was seen at her house, according to TMZ. When Mueller was locked up in Aspen, her parents wouldn't bail her out, and it was Sheen who reportedly posted the $11,000 bond. Sheen filed for divorce from Mueller in November 2010, and despite a very bitter split and custody battle, it sounds like these two are on much better terms now!

Jenni "JWoww" Farley is Maxim's January cover girl and her curves are kickin'!

The brunette bombshell is coming clean about her harsh attitude during the early years of Jersey Shore. She tells the mag:

"I was in a bad relationship during the first two seasons, so I took that out on people I shouldn’t have. I was definitely more of a b**ch."

As for shooting the MTV reality show in Italy, JWoww adds:

"You could put us anywhere, and we’d make a great show. But Italy was an especially amazing place for me, because I was an art history student. And besides the statues, I got to see the streets where, like, da Vinci and Michelangelo lived."

Now that the crew is back in Jersey, Ms. Farley and the gang are working on their tans. She adds, "We kind of OD’d on the tanning. We all burned our a**es off pretty bad."
