The starlet was in a great mood this morning when we snapped her leaving the gym in Studio City, and it looks like she has some room on her slender frame for a few extra pounds. Thanksgiving is almost a week away, so think she'll ditch the wheat grass juice for some turkey and potatoes?

Mariah Yeater has NOT dropped the paternity suit against Justin Bieber, according to her lawyer Jeffrey Leving.

In an interview with WGN-TV in Chicago, Leving said:

"I did not step down and there is a legal team. It’s a new legal team. In light of death threats against my client, strategies have been reviewed... the San Diego team has been replaced by John Carlson from Los Angeles."

According to various online reports, Yeater supposedly had dropped her lawsuit seeking child support and a paternity test.

Leving added:

"The case is completely out of control and I don’t want something terrible to happen to my client or her child. She believes Justin Bieber is the father. Right now there’s no more interviews for Mariah Yeater, I’m not going to allow that."

Yeater's legal team is still asking for a secure DNA test from the 17-year-old singer. Bieber has always denied any involvement with Yeater.


 

It's confirmed! Ricky Gervais will be back to host the Golden Globes on January 15.

After meeting with NBC exec Doug Vaughn, the Hollywood Foreign Press Association confirmed the news via Twitter. Ricky also tweeted today, "Just told Billy Crystal he'd better not use any of my holocaust or pedophile material at The Oscars. He agreed."

The controversial British comedian previously dismissed the possibility of coming back to host the awards show, but after meeting with HFPA President Dr. Aida Takla-O'Reilly, he reportedly changed his mind. But will he lighten up his snarky remarks for the telecast? Or will he insult even more celebrities and producers this year?

Jennifer Lopez is reportedly involved with backup dancer Casper Smart, but the sexy Latina doesn't want to talk about it.

When asked by Ryan Seacrest on KIIS-FM about the 24-year-old dancer she's been "hanging out with," Lopez, 42, said:

"Until I'm in a really serious relationship -- because of the babies -- I'm not really gonna be commenting on my personal life."

Jokingly, Seacrest replied, "If you're getting around as much as [I] read [you are], then you're having a good time!"

Selena Gomez is showing off her rockin' style in the new video for "Hit The Lights."

The 19-year-old songstress, who is surrounded by pink balloons in a portion of the video, said the following about her latest release:

“‘Hit The Lights‘ is about being proud of who you are, standing up for what you believe in and embracing the moment. Basically the song is just encouraging people to let loose and have fun and be young and crazy.”

As for the video, Justin Bieber's girlfriend adds, “The idea of the video is freedom, is originality."

Jessica and hubby Cash Warren were photographed leaving Hamasaku last night, and the duo left their darling daughters Haven and Honor with the sitter and seemed to enjoy their evening out.

Today the actress tweeted, "to all the concerned parents out there - I NEED YOUR HELP RT!" and linked to her HuffPo article about the Safe Chemical Act. She wrote, "I just gave birth to my second child, and I can tell you that there is no stronger instinct for a mom then wanting to protect her kids and keep them safe ... As parents, we just don't have the information we need to keep our kids safe from toxic chemicals in many household products."

The cast of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn- Part 1 will make an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Friday, November 18th, and they chat about everything from Rob Pattinson's butt crack in the "baby making" scene to the fans who worship the ground they walk on.

When asked about his sex scene with lady love Kristen Stewart, Rob told Ellen, "There was a bit too much butt crack I think. That was one thing I know they cut out. They didn’t cut the shot or what ever they just cut the crack out."

Ellen also filmed a mock skit for the next Breaking Dawn film, and Kristen got playful with co-star Taylor Lautner when she tossed grapes in the air for him to catch with his mouth. Loves it!

American Idol judge Randy Jackson is close to securing a deal to become Mariah Carey's manager, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Jackson has known Carey since the 90's when he was vice president of A&R at Columbia Records. Mimi was signed to the label from 1988 to 2001.

In 2001, the AI judge wrote and produced several songs for Mariah's film Glitter and has also produced songs for her albums, Charmbracelet in 2002 and Emancipation of Mimi in 2005.

On November 2, Jackson was with Carey while she taped the "All I Want For Christmas Is You" video alongside Justin Bieber.

As for Jackson's efforts in managing Carey, a source tells the HR, "He's very much in the mix."
