Justin Bieber will take a paternity test to see if he is the father of Mariah Yeater's baby in two weeks, his rep confirms.

The pop star is currently in Europe performing, but the test has been scheduled. Said his rep:

"I can confirm that the team has proactively made arrangements for Justin to be tested upon his return and we're going to hold everyone who is involved responsible. ... It's sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false claims ... We'll vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to protect Justin and to hold those involved with bringing this suit accountable for their actions."

Bieber, 17, has repeatedly denied that he is the father of Yeater's four-month-old son. Yeater, 20, claims Bieber fathered the child during a backstage tryst in a bathroom after one of his Los Angeles concerts last year.

We caught up with Nick Lachey at The Grove on Tuesday, where the newly 38-year-old (his birthday is Wednesday!) former boy band-er graciously signed autographs for fans.

When he and wifey Vanessa Minnillo, 31, got married in July, we thought a pregnancy announcement would soon follow! After all, Vanessa's Twitter profile reads, "Wanna-be Mommy all the time."

But Lachey told E! on Tuesday that he and his new bride aren't in a rush to have kids. "We both look forward to a family but there's no real time table for that stuff," he said. "Just whenever it happens it does and that'll be a great day."

We're surprised! Even though the two dated for five years before marrying, Nick said they want to enjoy some time as newlyweds. Interesting ...

Kimberly Stewart said that Benicio del Toro is an active dad, and now we're seeing it in person!

We caught up with the couple and baby daughter Delilah on Tuesday as they took their little one to a doctor's appointment. Delilah was born in August.

Benicio, 44, rocked his usual careless-chic look (and his signature toothpick), while Kimberly, 32, looked boho cute.

So nice to see parents who are both involved!

Producer Brett Ratner stepped down from the awards show on Tuesday, and on Wednesday it was announced that Eddie Murphy will no longer be hosting.

Ratner, Murphy's director in Tower Heist, had brought Murphy on as host. Odds are Murphy did not feel comfortable doing the awards show -- often a gamble for actors' careers (remember James Franco and Anne Hathaway's debacle from last year?), without Ratner by his side.

“I appreciate how Eddie feels about losing his creative partner, Brett Ratner, and we all wish him well,” said Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences President Tom Sherak.

A release from Murphy said:

"First and foremost I want to say that I completely understand and support each party’s decision with regard to a change of producers for this year’s Academy Awards ceremony. I was truly looking forward to being a part of the show that our production team and writers were just starting to develop, but I’m sure that the new production team and host will do an equally great job."

George Clooney chats with the latest issue of Rolling Stone, and the 50-year-old actor reveals all sorts of interesting details about his personal life.

Clooney says he lost his virginity at the age of 16 ("young, very young, too young"), and he had his first orgasm when he was much younger. "I believe it was while climbing a rope when I was six or seven years old," he says. "I mean, nothing came out, but all the other elements were there. I remember getting to the top of the rope, hanging off the rope, and going, "Oh, my God, this feels great!"

On a more serious note, Clooney admits he briefly considered suicide after a spinal injury that occurred while he was filming Syriana in 2004. Clooney says he was in excruciating pain and drank a lot during that period to "anesthesize himself."

When asked if he has a girlfriend right now Clooney replies, “I might have a girlfriend, but I’m never going to talk about it. I get one thing to keep to myself.” However, the reporter does ask about Clooney's lady love Stacy Keibler's cryptic tweets (“I’m in heaven,” for example), to which he responds, “She can do whatever she wants. I rarely tell anybody what they should be doing with their life.”

Finally, the Ides of March star reveals that the simplest things make him laugh. "[My friends and I] think [farts are] one of the funniest things in the history of mankind. Even the idea of a fart makes me laugh. Saying the word 'fart' makes me laugh. I have iFart on my phone. I have remote whoopee cushions. Farts. To me, there's nothing funnier." Hmm, has he ever hung with Jessica Simpson?

We spotted Kellan Lutz at the Grove a few minutes before he taped a segment with Extra on Tuesday, and the Twilight hunk covered up his handsome face with a beanie and shades. Of course, he did flash us his sexy smile, so all is forgiven...

Kellan is busy promoting Immortals AND Breaking Dawn, so thankfully we'll get to see more of his deliciousness in the next few weeks!

Mariah Carey gave birth to twins Moroccan and Monroe six months ago, and already, the 41-year-old songbird is back to her divalicious, pre-baby body!

Mimi, who admits to gaining "an enormous amount of weight," is the newest spokesperson for Jenny. She tells Us:

"It was a huge blessing to be able to have the babies. But I felt trapped in my body because I couldn't move."

Carey and hubby Cannon, 31, tied the knot three years ago. As for her 30-pound weight loss, Mariah adds, "I'm proud of how hard I worked to get my body back...I had to do this for me."
