The bed that Michael Jackson passed away in is for sale.
The queen-size piece, shown several times to the court in photos throughout Dr. Conrad Murray's involuntary manslaughter trial, and hundreds more items from Jackson's Holmby Hills mansion are scheduled to go up for auction next month.
Items include furniture, paintings and sculptures. Jackson and his three children lived at the North Carolwood Drive home from December 2008 until his June 25, 2009, death. The three-story home is up for sale separately (Jackson was leasing it.)
A note from one of the children remains on a chalkboard from inside the home. Sadly, it reads,
"I (heart) Daddy. SMILE, it's for free." The board will be sold as-is, and is expected to fetch more than $400.
The bedroom that was shown in court was considered somewhat of a medication room by Jackson and his team, he kept a more private bedroom adjacent to that one. There, a message is written on the mirror -- from MJ to himself: "TRAIN, perfection, March April. FULL OUT May."

He had hinted at it, but now he's gone and said it outright.
David Arquette, 40, told Howard Stern on Tuesday that, no matter what, he would not reconcile with estranged wife Courteney Cox, 47 (they have yet to file for divorce, though they separated more than a year ago.)
Stern asked Arquette, "If Courteney said to you, 'David, I made a mistake I want to work on our marriage. I want you moving back into the house, I want you to break up with that girl. I know we have to do this for our daughter.' Would you consider it?"
Arquette's reply?
"Uh, I mean, no."
The former
Dancing With The Stars contestant is now dating
Entertainment Tonight reporter Christina McLarty.
Arquette and Cox were married for 11 years. Arquette told Stern that he's in love with McLarty, and when he told Cox, it was an emotional moment. "She was sad, we were both sad," he said. "We both cried."

She may have been all covered up in sweatpants and a baseball cap, but Megan Fox still exuded sexiness as she ventured out for a bite to eat in Los Feliz, on Tuesday.
The
Transformers hottie accessorized the dressed-down ensemble with a pair of pricey Minnetonka Mukluk boots -- but where was her wedding ring?
Fox tied the knot with former
90210 star Brian Austin Green last year, and she's rarely seen without her 3 carat diamond sparkler.
The actress has already lost one $80,000 engagement ring, misplacing it on a Hawaiian beach just hours after Green proposed. Let's hope that's not the case this time!

Michael Rozman/Warner Bros.
Now that a verdict has finally been reached in Michael Jackson's murder trial, brother Jermaine is ready to talk!
The former Jackson 5 member stopped by
The Ellen DeGeneres Show (dressed just like Ellen!) to speak out on the jury's verdict, and what it meant to the Jackson fam.
When Ellen asked if MJ had been keeping his addiction a secret, Jermaine replied:
"No, he wasn’t addicted. There was an addiction to Demerol in 2001 in… the early 2000’s but that was because of pain. Even during the autopsy report there was no addiction to any of that. Michael just wanted to sleep. He did not want to die. He trusted the doctor and the negligence and everything. It’s really sad because we lost an incredible person. To see and hear the verdict…My Mother cried and we consoled her and the fans were cheering and everything but it’s not bringing Michael back. We lost a brother."
And what kind of sentence does Jermaine want for Murray?
"I think the sentencing was very soft. I mean you would probably do more time if you stole. If you went into the hospital and stole cases of Propofol you would probably do more time then. And to give him two years for taking a life. Forget about Michael Jackson but taking anyone’s life. But it happens to be my brother who loved the world and loved people and did so much for the world….He cared about people, human beings, children."
Murray is currently in custody at the Twin Towers Correction Facility in Los Angeles, where he'll remain pending his Nov. 29 sentencing.
Unfortunately for the Jackson fam, the Doctor may be granted just a year of house arrest due to jail overcrowding in California.

Shakira is officially the first Colombian artist to receive a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame!
The singer has been recording albums in her native country since the early 1990s, but she hit it big in America with the Latin Grammy-winning single, "Wherever, Whenever".
The sexy Latina said in a speech on Tuesday after receiving her star:
"I would like to dedicate this to the Latin community in the U.S., a community that restlessly works and dreams and dreams and works everyday to make this a better country."
The Colombian beauty already has two Grammys under her belt, and her latest album, "Sale el Sol", is up for a Latin Grammy this year.
Shakira concluded before posing with her star, "When I was seven years-old, I came to Los Angeles for the first time and I passed by the Walk of Fame with my mother. I remember that my mom told me, 'Shaki, one day you are going to have your name on this place.'"
