Remember Lindsay Lohan's lawsuit against Pitbull? It's gotten a bit overshadowed thanks to Linds' court appearances and probation violation, but she filed in August.

Linds filed for "condemnation, excoriation, disparaging or defamatory statements” and sought unspecified damages for Pitbull's "Give Me Everything," specifically the lyrics "I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan.”

She said the lyrics were “destined to do irreparable harm to [her]" and wanted the song taken off the air.

But now, Pitbull is firing back. He has filed a response to the lawsuit, noting each of Lindsay's legal problems in California, including her multiple jail sentences, house arrest and more.

The rapper also wants the case transferred to California. Lindsay filed in New York, saying she is a resident of that state, but Pitbull says Lindsay has been living in CA since 2004 and that due to her ongoing legal troubles (including hundreds of hours of community service she has to complete), she will have to stay in California for the foreseeable future.

The rapper thinks he will have a better chance of winning the case in California.

Madonna may be 53, but the pop diva always manages to re-invent herself. However, in this snippet for her latest track "Gimme All Your Love," Madge seems to be getting back to her 80's roots.

Jamie Lynn Spears is following in her famous sister Britney's footsteps. The 20-year-old Kentwood native hit the stage for a performance at The Rutledge in Nashville.

Spears performed several original songs in front of family and friends ... including parents, Lynne and Jamie Spears. Sister Britney is touring overseas and couldn't make it.

After her performance ... Jamie Lynn, the mother of 3-year-old Maddie, Tweeted:

Just wanna thank all my amazing friends and family for coming out tonight!!!! #feelingthelove

Mama Lynne told People, "I am so emotional tonight." Her dad, Jamie, added, " We are so proud of her."

In you've-got-to-be-kidding me news of the day, TLC reality stars Jim Bob, 46, and Michelle Duggar announced Tuesday that they're expecting their 20th child.

Michelle, 45, is due to give birth in April. She writes on her blog: "Our whole family is so excited that God has blessed us with another child."

The family stars on TLC' 19 Kids & Counting -- the show has had to continually change its name as the Duggars keep getting pregnant. It started airing in 2008, when they had only 17 children. The show wrapped its fifth season Tuesday.

Michelle gave birth to their most recent child, Josie, in December 2009, and faced numerous complications. Michelle suffered from pre-eclampsia, and Josie was born prematurely -- at just 25 weeks.

When she got pregnant with Josie, doctors warned Michelle of the multiple health risks she faces as she gets older and has more and more children, including Down syndrome for the baby, uterine rupture, pre-eclampsia, heart attack, stroke, life-threatening blood loss during birth and more.

The Kardashians put on their salsa shoes to celebrate Lamar Odom's 32nd birthday at El Floridita cuban restaurant in LA ... but soon-to-be-divorced Kim was nowhere in sight.

J.R. Martinez and pro dancer Karina Smirnoff were the only couple to earn a perfect score of 60. Judge Bruno called their "magical" waltz, "a musical Valentine card".

Ricki Lake and Derek Hough also performed an incredible waltz, earning a total of 52 points and second place on the scoreboard -- tying with Hope Solo and Maks Chmerkovski. But unfortunately Lake flubbed the jive, forgetting the steps and leaving Hough to dance on without her.

The lowest score of the night went to Nancy Grace, who earned a measly 44 points due to her "sexy" tango that severely lacked any sex appeal.

Showing off her ultra thin frame in a wife-beater tank and tight bellbottom pants, Kat Von D had nothing but love for the cameras as she strolled through Hollywood with a friend, on Monday.

The tattoo artist has had a tumultuous year, ending her LA Ink reality show after four seasons, and breaking off the engagement with Jesse James after discovering he was unfaithful.

But Kat is on to bigger and better things, Tweeting Monday night: "Just finished filming final pickup shots for my documentary. After two years of secretly filming, can't believe this thing's almost done!"
