Just one week short of the semifinals, Nancy Grace is the latest contestant to get the boot from Dancing With the Stars!

It came as no surprise that the CNN anchor got the axe, after performing a "sexy" tango that totally lacked sex appeal, and did little to impress fans.

After she was eliminated, Grace expressed:

"I am so proud, but I really cannot take the credit. It's been all Tristan from the get-go."

Partner Tristan added, "We really had a fun time and it's the support we get from you all that really pushes us to do it. Nancy and I have said from the beginning - it's not about being the best, it's about doing our best, and I think that's what we did."

Tune in next week as the four semifinalists -- J.R. Martinez, Rob Kardashian, Hope Solo and Ricki Lake -- battle it out for the Mirror Ball trophy!

Jennifer Lopez was spotted leaving her New York City hotel with twins Max and Emme today, and the singer/actress smiled as she braved a mob of fans and photographers camped outside.

Lopez attended Glamour Magazine’s 21st Annual Women of the Year Awards last night, and she chatted with reporters about how she’s gotten through this difficult year. “I think [what] I’ve learned in the past year or two is that I can stand on my own two feet, and to give myself credit for that,” she told Access Hollywood. “To really give myself a little bit of love, instead of always beating myself up for what I didn’t do or how I could have done something better or what else I’m going to do next,” she continued.

So what is she hoping to pass on to her 3-year-old twins? "That’s the one thing I want to teach my daughter -– to love herself, and to feel good all on her own, no matter what happens," she said. "I just want to teach [my kids] to be great people, to love themselves, to love others, to treat others with respect and kindness, to know that they’re in a privileged position, and to be charitable and work hard … just because you have success doesn’t mean that you stop doing those things.”

After sparking public outrage for using a gay slur in a recent interview, Brett Ratner has resigned as producer of the 2012 Academy Awards.

“This morning, Brett Ratner submitted his resignation as a producer of the 84th annual Academy Awards to Academy President Tom Sherak,” the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences said in a statement. “Ratner then issued an open letter to the entertainment industry in which he explained his decision.”

During a Q&A session for his new film, Tower Heist, a reporter asked Ratner about his rehearsal process, to which he responded, “Rehearsal is for f***.” Ratner has released an open letter to the entertainment industry explaining why he has resigned from his position, stating, “It was a dumb way of expressing myself. Everyone who knows me knows that I don’t have a prejudiced bone in my body.”

Ratner also met with GLAAD today, and Herndon Graddick, Senior Director of Programs and Communications released a statement about Ratner's decision. “When we sat down with Brett today, he seemed very sincere in his desire to use this experience as a way to begin speaking out against anti-gay language in popular culture,” Graddick said. “We believe his resignation is just the first step and will be announcing a series of concrete actions with Brett in coming days and weeks.”

A new trailer for the upcoming season of Kourtney & Kim Take New York premiered Tuesday, and its focus is on the "unraveling" of Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries relationship.

Kim filed for divorce from her husband of 72 days on Oct. 31. The couple moved to NYC (and moved in with Kourtney and boyfriend Scott Disick) directly after their August wedding.

Kourtney Kardashian is shown in the preview telling Kim "If it's not meant to be it's not meant to be," as the booming voice of a narrator preaches that Kim and Kris will see their future "unravel, because not every fairytale has a happy ending."

If you recall, Kim and Kris' wedding special was called A Fairytale Event.

The preview shows Kim getting upset with Kris for partying too much. Rumors spread that this was a problem for Kim over the last few months.

We already got a peek at her ridiculously taut tummy, and now Mariah Carey is spilling the beans on how she lost a whopping 70 pounds just 6 months after giving birth to twins Moroccan and Monroe Cannon.

Mariah appeared on Tuesday's episode of The Rosie Show on OWN, and the 42-year-old singer revealed that her new physique is the result of a strict diet and exercise routine.

"In the beginning, when I first had the babies, I had so much edema … water and swelling. Most pregnant woman have that just in their feet," Mariah told Rosie. "I didn't think I would ever be the same person." After the twins were born, Mariah went on the Jenny diet plan (formerly Jenny Craig), and she is thrilled with the results. "The first week, I lost 40 lbs. of just water," she said. "It was just water, initially. When I started with the program, I lost at least 30 lbs. of weight that needed to be lost."

"I never weighed myself," she explains. "People will think I'm a liar but it's true. This is another cliché phrase, I'm a big boned girl … I'm tall and so I always weigh more. I would tend to go, 'Does this size dress fit me that I wore three years ago? I'm good, let's go.' I would go by what it looked like, how I felt."
