Determined to keep her pre-baby bod in tip-top shape, Hilary Duff headed to her weekly Pilates and Piloxing class, before stopping to refuel at Chipotle, on Tuesday.

The 24-year-old mommy-to-be got to flaunt a growing baby belly in her Halloween costume this year, opting for a "bank robber" theme with hubby Mike Comrie.

The couple attend a party at pal Ashley Tisdale's pad, after which Duff later Tweeted: "BTW had so much fun @ashleytisdale Halloween shindig last night! Thanks for having us! I swear we didn't steel anything ;) xxx".

The Beauty and the Briefcase star shared a Twitpic of the jailbird costumes with the caption, "We're gunna take you for allllll u got!!!". Check 'em out, after the jump ...

Fresh from his elimination on Dancing With the Stars, David Arquette stopped by the Jimmy Kimmel Show looking a bit relieved to finally be done with those grueling dance practices.

The Scream star was given the boot after his cha-cha failed to impress fans, but we're really going to miss his goofball antics on the show!

Arquette took time to greet fans outside of Kimmel Tuesday night, where he told us that the judging on DWTS was "realistic", but the judges' referral to Chaz Bono as a 'penguin' was "not nice."

Halloween isn't over for Naomi Watts's darling little boys, Samuel and Sasha, who showed off spooky vampire teeth while enjoying a stroller ride with mom in NYC, on Tuesday.

We caught up with the Ring star all dressed up in a classic clown costume the day before, as she took her sons trick-or-treating in Manhattan with partner Liev Schreiber, who looked ultra spooky in a grim reaper costume.

It was recently announced Watts has signed on for the upcoming independent film, Sunlight Jr., costarring Matt Dillon.

The movie centers on a convenience store clerk Melissa (Watts) and her paraplegic boyfriend, Richie (Dillon) who are genuinely excited when they learn Melissa is pregnant, until she loses her job and things start to go horribly wrong.

David Arquette is Dancing no more!

The Scream star got the boot from DWTS tonight after earning 24 points for his cha-cha, and 23 for his group tango, putting him fourth place this week.

As "boos" erupted from the audience after the results were announced, Arquette kept his head up, expressing:

"This whole thing has been incredible. I just love all the people I got to dance with."

The actor then joked with dancer Maksim Chmerkovskiy alluding to his outburst last week as he told the judges: "But there must be a mistake [because] this is my show."

Meanwhile Ricki Lake stole the show with two perfect paso dobles, earning her 53 points and the highest score of the night.

Nancy Grace was the night’s lowest scorer with just 21 points for her devil-themed tango.

After arriving in Australia on Tuesday (leaving the U.S. above), Kim Kardashian sent out a lengthy message via Twitter.

On Monday, the reality starlet, 31, filed for divorce from Kris Humphries, 26, her husband of just 72 days. The news ignited a firestorm of speculation over what went wrong and whether the marriage was real in the first place -- or just made for TV.

Kim addresses the buzz:

" … I married for love. … I would not have spent so much time on something just for a TV show! … contemplating whether to even film my wedding was a tough decision to make, and maybe it turned out to not be the smartest decision."

Kardashian admits to making a mistake:

"I want a family and babies and a real life so badly that maybe I rushed in to something … I got caught up with the hoopla and the filming of the TV show that when I probably should have ended my relationship, I didn’t know how to and didn’t want to disappoint a lot of people."

And she offers an apology:

" … I hope you respect my courage because this isn’t easy to go through. ... I accept full responsibility for my actions … I’m sorry if I have hurt anyone, but my dad always told me to follow my heart I believe now that I really am."

Madonna's homeless brother, Anthony Ciccone, is slamming her yet again.

Ciccone, 55, who has been homeless for 18 months, said last week, "You think I haven’t answered this kind of question a bazillion times — why my sister is a multibazillionarie, and I’m homeless on the street?”

This week, he spoke with The Daily Mail in a two-day interview about his relationship with his sister:

"We hated each other -- sibling rivalry, I imagine. She was a b****, just like she is now. She remains true to form. You have to give her credit for consistency."

According to Daily Mail, Madonna has reached out to Anthony and offered to pay for him to go to rehab, and the siblings' father, Tony, has offered Anthony a job if he gets treatment.

Anthony gave the interview to Mail in "various states" of drunkenness, according to the reporter. At moments, the interview became quite sad. Anthony said:

"I’m proud of my sister — but it’s been a burden, because I can’t be me; I have to be related to a celebrity ... People have their ideas and expectations. My sister’s a multi-millionaire — but she earned it, I have to give her credit for that. But you’d think there’d be some more family loyalty, and that’s not the case. Just to communicate would be nice."

Madonna is worth an estimated $650 million.

Kris Humphries considers his sister, Kaela, his best friend. She appeared several times in his wedding special with soon-to-be-ex Kim Kardashian, and Kaela encouraged Kris to go through with his marriage to Kim.

Now, after the announcement Monday that Kim was filing for divorce from Kris after only 72 days of marriage, Kaela has sent out a cryptic Tweet. She wrote Tuesday morning:

"The truth is incontrovertible. Malice may attack it, ignorance may deride it, but in the end, there it is. -Winston Churchill"

Kris Humphries, 26, released a statement Monday that he was "devastated" Kim had filed for divorce and would do what he could to save the marriage.

Zooey Deschanel and her husband of two years, Death Cab for Cutie singer Ben Gibbard, have called it quits.

A source close to the New Girl star tells Us:

"It was mutual and amicable. There was no third party involved."

Deschanel, 31, and Gibbard, 35, tied the knot near Seattle back in September 2009.

The twosome, who are both singers, have performed on stage together in the past.
