With her hair in a messy bun, Lindsay Lohan admitted on Wednesday that she had violated her probation.

In a hearing in Los Angeles Wednesday, the city attorney presented evidence to Judge Stephanie Sautner that would be used in a hearing over Lohan's alleged probation violation.

But instead of taking a hearing, Lindsay simply admitted she'd violated probation. So, Sautner gave Lindsay an option, which she accepted.

"I'm going to convert all your community service to the morgue," Sautner said. "Probation is reinstated on the same terms ... with these modifications ..." The modifications:

• Lindsay is sentenced to 300 days in the county jail, but if by March 29, 2012, she completes required community service hours and psychotherapy sessions, she will only serve 30 days. She also can not be kicked out of her program at the morgue, or she'll go to jail for the full time.



• She must surrender by Nov. 9 to the CRDF (women's jail) for her 30 days.



• She has a new probation officer (her past officer asked to not be the officer anymore.) "Good luck to you with Ms. Mansfield, because she's no nonsense,” Sautner said.



• She will return to court Dec. 14. By then she must perform 12 days of service at the morgue and attend four psychotherapy sessions.



• Sautner set benchmark days for Lindsay every few months. She must do certain amounts of service and therapy sessions by those dates, or she'll go to jail for the full 300.



• Lindsay can not leave the country, and can only leave the state for work or visits to family.

Lindsay Lohan has arrived at the LA Airport Courthouse for her court hearing just in time. Judge Stephanie Sautner ordered that the starlet be in the courtroom by 10am.

Lohan, 25, wearing a navy blue polka dot dress ... and blonde hair pulled back in a loose bun, is possibly facing jail time on charges of violating her probation.

Last time Lilo was in court, Judge Sautner had ordered her to complete at least 16 hours of community service at the Los Angeles County Morgue before today.

To get in the judge's good graces, Lindsay served more time than necessary.

Will Judge Sautner have compassion? We shall see.

On Monday Rihanna was hospitalized in Sweden due to flu-like symptoms, and it appears as though she's made a full recovery, as she hit the stage in Stockholm on Tuesday evening.

Rihanna cancelled her Malmo show on Monday, and a rep for Live Nation told the press that she was "not in condition to conduct the concert." RiRi also released a statement that said, "I am sorry to everyone who was coming out to my show in Malmo Sweden. I was so excited to perform for you all."

But is 24 hours enough time to rest and recuperate? When Rihanna was snapped arriving at her hotel last night she looked postively exhausted, so hopefully she's not pushing herself too hard! We would rather have her take a few days off than get even sicker!

Kim Kardashian, 31, has given her first interview since filing for divorce from husband Kris Humphries, 26, on Monday.

While in Australia to promote her new handbag line with sister Khloe, Kim told a radio show that she wanted to keep her professional commitments.

"In a tough situation, I'm trying to do the best I can. It's actually kind of an escape to be able to come here ... I really wanted to ... come out here to get my mind off of everything. ... There's really no easy way to go through something like this."

When further pressed about why her marriage to Humphries ended, Kim declined to go into detail:

"I don't really think I'm ready to go to the details ... but I do want to make clear that I would never marry for a TV show, and I think it's ridiculous that I even have to defend that, but I guess that's what comes along when you film your wedding for a reality show."

Khloe and husband Lamar were on hand to defend Kim. "I'm really proud of my sister for sticking to the commitment [of coming to Australia]," Khloe, 27, said.

Miley Cyrus enjoyed a late-night shopping trip to Barney's Tuesday night with her close pal, fashion photog Vijat Mohindra.

The two both made purchases -- Miley left with a bag, while Vijat carried a garment bag. But Miley might not have been the Cyrus Vijat wanted to hang with the most! He Tweeted Monday to Miley's mom, "@tishcyrus I MISSSSSSSSS you MT!!!!! We have so many photoshoots to do!!:) hope you are great!!!! XOXO"

In some not-so-great news for Miley, the 22-year-old man who proclaimed that he had hacked Miley's e-mail and MySpace accounts in 2008 was sentenced this week ... and all he got was three years probation!

While boyfriend Justin Bieber is dealing with possible baby mama drama, sexy starlet Selena Gomez had a late-night visit to the Nine Zero One Salon in Beverly Hills.

Doesn't everyone get their hair done in a skintight dress? If not, they should!

The Wizards of Waverly Place hottie has legs for days, and she's certainly not afraid to show 'em off. Wonder if Selena will be standing by her boyfriend's side through his paternity scandal with 20-year-old Mariah Yeater? Let's see if their relationship can survive.

Kim Kardashian's mom, Kris Jenner, appeared on the Today show Wednesday morning to promote her autobiography, but of course, talk turned to daughter Kim's Monday divorce announcement.

Jenner spoke with Ann Curry, telling her that she knew over the weekend that Kim would be filing. Both Jenner and Kim herself have declared over the past two days that, despite rumors, the marriage was real.

"She really felt like she was in love with him," Jenner said. "I had no idea there was a problem at the time."

Jenner addressed talk of money made from Kim's wedding to Kris Humphries. She said Kim made no extra money from her E! TV special and did not profit from the wedding.

"They made some money for the pictures that were sold ... that money went towards the wedding. Kim had to pay a great deal of money at the balance ... [For the special] we were all paid to do our television show just like any other episode."

Jenner said Kim made between $500,000 and $1 million for photo sales. She got defensive when asked whether Kim would keep her engagement ring. "It's none of my business," she said (watch around the 6:15 mark.)

She also said the 20.5 carat sparkler was not actually worth its reported $2 million:

"I mean, come on. .... you say it out loud and suddenly it's a fact. It wasn't $2 million -- it was less than half of that. ... I don't really know the exact price, I didn't buy the ring ..."

Interesting. Seems to us that, while the above may be true, the Kardashians had no problem with the public thinking the ring was worth $2 million and the wedding was profitable ... until those thoughts didn't work in their favor.

Justin Bieber has fathered a son with a 20-year-old California woman, according to Star magazine.

Mariah Yeater claims she and Bieber had sex following his concert at the Staples Center on October 25th of last year. As a result of their encounter, Yeater claims Tristyn Anthony Markhouse Yeater was born.

In a California courtroom under oath, Yeater told a judge:

"On July 6, 2011, I gave birth to a baby boy. That was exactly 36 weeks and two days after the sexual encounter with Justin Bieber. Based upon the timing as well as the fact there were no other possible men that I had sex with that could be the father of this baby, I believe that Justin Bieber is in fact the father of my baby."

A rep for Justin Bieber has denied the claims. The following statement was issued:

"While we haven't yet seen the lawsuit, it's sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false claims. We will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these allegations."

Bieber Tweeted the following:

"so Im going to ignore the rumors...and focus on what is real. an opportunity to help by doing what i love. Judge me on the music! Love yall!"

Yeater is asking the courts to have the 17-year-old pop star take a paternity test to prove he's the father of the little boy. She's also asking for financial support.

A hearing has been scheduled for December.
