Only one week ago, while Kim Kardashian's friends denied rumors that she and Kris were heading for a split, Kim herself tried to ignore her marital problems.

We caught up with Kim, and when asked about Kris' alleged flirting with other women, she refused to respond. Watch it all above.

Kim Kardashian's impending divorce to Kris Humphries is not only shocking to her fans, but also to Dr. Garth Fisher ... the Kardashian family's longtime plastic surgeon.

Dr. Fisher, who has a practice in Beverly Hills, tells X17online exclusively:

"It saddens me to hear the news but I support anything Kim needs. While I'm certain she would have preferred things work out, it might be best to make tough decisions now before they got even tougher."

When the news broke this morning that Kim Kardashian was filing for divorce from Kris Humphries, it didn't come as a total shock to some of us, but everyone immediately began to wonder what caused the split. Rumors began to surface that the relationship was on the rocks when Kris was photographed flirting with a mystery brunette at Miami hotspot LIV on September 30, so is it possible that these pictures were the final straw for the 31-year-old starlet?

While Kim was busy taping her reality show in NYC, Kris partied Fountainebleau's nightclub and a source on the scene tells X17 exclusively, "Kris was eating up the attention. All these girls were coming up to him and trying to flirt and he loved it, but he was really into this one chick. He kept leaning into her, talking in her ear. She took out her cell phone and was typing into it -- I think she got his number."

After multiple websites reported that Kim and Kris were having major drama, these pictures certainly didn't help paint the picture of a happily married couple. The duo were married for just 72 days, so is it possible that Kris' alleged infidelity was what caused their marriage to crumble? Or was the highly publicized (and televised) romance doomed from the beginning?

News broke Monday that after only 72 days of marriage, Kim Kardashian is filing for divorce from husband Kris Humphries.

We caught up with sister Khloe Kardashian on Friday, and when asked about rumors that Kim and Kris were splitting already, she told our photogs "Don't believe anything."

High-powered divorce attorney Laura Wasser will be handling Kim's divorce. Wasser has also repped Maria Shriver, Britney Spears, Ryan Reynolds and Angelina Jolie.

Excerpts of reality star Kris Jenner's upcoming memoir, All Things Kardashian, have leaked online -- and one story that Jenner tells is particularly shocking.

Mel Gibson hit up Moonshadows Blue Lounge in Malibu over the weekend with a hot blonde.

"Mel loved sitting next to this blonde girl who was giving him all the attention. They were sitting cozy inside with friends, but after the bill came, they left separately. You can tell Mel didn't want to be photographed with her."

Although Mel had the valet pull his Smart car around, the Mad Max actor had a driver take him home. Back in 2006, Mel left the hotspot while under the influence and was busted for a DUI. This was also the night that Gibson went on the now-infamous anti-semitic rant against the arresting officer.

Amy Winehouse may be gone, but her legacy will continue with the release of a brand new album featuring 12 tracks ... hitting stores this December.

The singer's father released the following statement to The Sun:

"It wasn't until I sat down with the rest of the family and listened to this album that I fully appreciated the breadth of Amy's talent. From jazz standards to hip-hop songs, it really took my breath away. I never realized what a true genius she was."

Producers Mark Ronson and Salaam Remi produced the album which will be released under Island Records.

The album will feature new songs including "Between the Cheats" and a slower version of her hit "Valerie."
