X17 has spoken exclusively with renowned divorce attorney Mike Kelly, Chairman of the California Family Law Institute, to get his opinion on Kim Kardashian's divorce proceedings.

Kelly, a friend of Robert Kardashian -- Kim's father (Robert was a lawyer), has reviewed Kim's case. Kim's fortune is in the multi-millions; it's estimated that the Kardashian family made $65 million in 2010 alone.

Says Kelly, who has worked with celebs including Anthony Hopkins:

"It would be difficult for either of them to get spousal support because it’s an extraordinarily short marriage. California is a no-fault state, so it won’t make a difference if Kris went out and had sex with several women. But, as far as him doing what he did -– some of the pictures that have come out -– that will create a problem for him with getting anything.”

Kris has been spotted out flirting with women at nightclubs (sans Kim) on several occasions since the two wed in August. Kelly continues:

"Kris has no rights to Kim's fortune. The prenup will hopefully freeze him out completely. ... Between the prenup, shortness of the marriage and circumstances of the break-up, I don't think Kris will get anything."

Kelly spoke about Kim as a person and what Robert would say about the situation:

"I would have bet she was going to be faithful. In the family, you don’t find drugs or alcohol. There’s not that Lindsay Lohan behavior. ... They had a great father. ... With this filing, Kim is saying, ‘I’m not going to tolerate this behavior. Period.’ ... He [Robert] would have advised her to get divorced."

Kris Humphries is not thrilled after hearing the news that his wife of 72 days, Kim Kardashian, has decided to call it quits.

The basketball star, 26, released the following statement:

"I'm committed to this marriage and everything this covenant represents. I love my wife and am devastated to learn she filed for divorce ... I'm willing to do whatever it takes to make it work."

This statement is a far cry from Kim's statement issued earlier today to E!. She told the network:

"I hope everyone understands this was not an easy decision. I had hoped this marriage was forever, but sometimes things don't work out as planned. We remain friends and wish each other the best."

Are you surprised Kim isn't devastated? Sounds like there's a possibility this could get ugly.

High-powered divorce attorney Laura Wasser will be handling Kim's divorce. Wasser has also repped Maria Shriver, Britney Spears, Ryan Reynolds and Angelina Jolie.

Kourtney Kardashian has finally weighed in on the news that her sister Kim is divorcing husband Kris Humphries after just 72 days of marriage, and she tweeted:

"Our sister is going through a difficult time but we’re a close family and are sticking together like always ... We appreciate everyone’s kindness and support. @KimKardashian, we love you."

All three of the sisters initially stayed mum on the matter, but after Kim released a statement, Khloe and Kourt responded with their own comments.

X17 has exclusive photos of Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries together on their last outing -- a trip to the gym last Tuesday.

The two did share a last kiss, but then left in separate cars.

Ellen DeGeneres is airing a Halloween special on her show today, and she decided to dress up as Youtube singing sensation Sophia Grace! Ellen said (in a British accent, natch), “Hello, Happy Halloween ... I’m not using any H’s or any pants. This is a new thing for me today. I’m Sophie Grace ... It took four people to get me into to this. One (person) really to put it on and three to keep me from running away. No, it didn't take four. It took one person and a lot of tequila…It's always hard for me to decide what to be each year because I have a few rules, no dresses, no pink and no wigs." Ha!

Ellen also graces the cover of the latest issue of Parade Magazine, and she reveals how difficult it was when she came out of the closet in 1997. "I didn’t work, didn’t have any money. No one [in the business] would even talk to me on the phone," she says. When talking about coming out to her family when she was 18, she recalls, "If anything, it was a shock to me. I’d always known that I had crushes on girls, but I also liked boys -- though I wasn’t drawn to them romantically. For me to get in touch with myself enough to recognize that I was gay, and then not to stay private about it, was a huge step."

Ellen also opened up about why she left the hit series American Idol, and it wasn't because of a reported squabble with Simon Cowell, but rather because of the contestants and their attitudes! Ellen says, "It was disappointing to hear things about the kids, the drama going on. Some of them are not as grateful as you would expect. All of a sudden they have fan mail, millions of people saying they’re great, and some of them just stop appreciating it." Wowzer!

Khloe Kardashian knows what it's like to have a quick marriage -- she married husband Lamar Odom in 2009 after only a month of dating.

But while Khloe and Lamar are still together, sister Kim Kardashian filed for divorce from her husband of two months, Kris Humphries, Monday morning.

Khloe is the first family member to comment on the filing. She Tweeted Monday:

"Reading some these comments r so hurtful. Im grateful 4our fans who understand & r being respectful. Hate is disgusting. Love is everything ... Thank God for family. We are strong and we will only become closer! I love YOU"

Kim and Kris were together for six months before getting engaged.

Kim Kardashian's divorce papers cite irreconcilable differences. She is not seeking an annulment. The date of separation was listed as Monday -- Oct. 31, 2011.

While this seems to be a run-of-the-mill divorce, the most interesting portion of the docs is that Kardashian wants husband Kris Humphries to pay for his own lawyers' fee, and she wants the court to reject any move by Humphries seeking spousal support from Kim.

Humphries is a professional basketball player, though the NBA lockout is still underway.

Kardashian has hired divorce attorney Laura Wasser, who in the past has represented Britney Spears, Maria Shriver, Angelina Jolie and Ryan Reynolds in their divorces.

The couple does have a prenuptial agreement.

Ashton Kutcher used to be famous for punking celebrities and being the hottest actor on That 70s Show, but it seems like the only reason he's been in the news lately is because he reportedly cheated on wife Demi Moore with 22-year-old Sara Leal.

While his marital drama was turned into tabloid fodder last month, we nearly forgot that he replaced trainwreck Charlie Sheen on Two and a Half Men earlier this year. This morning Ashton tweeted this picture and wrote "at 2.5 getting ready for monday table read," so it looks like he's trying to put his personal drama behind him and focus on some a little comedy for a change. Hopefully his alleged affair isn't affection his professional life!
