On Tuesday afternoon we spotted Ashley Tisdale leaving her house for an event, and the former Hellcats hottie was looking sexy and svelte in a tight white dress. Ash topped off her look with bright red lips and a gold Chanel necklace, not to mention a set of perfectly tanned and toned stems.

All those hours she's been busting her booty at the gym are clearly paying off!

Kellan Lutz sat down with The Advocate to chat about his buff bod, flirting and Twilight, and the hunky star reveals some surprising facts about his roommate preferences and how he gets girls.

On gay rumors:

"I don't Google myself, but I've heard that people think I'm gay. I've heard it all. See, I don't really go after girls. Most of the girlfriends I've had have come after me. So it's really funny when girls get offended because I don't hit on them. They'll transform their insecurity into, 'Oh, that makes sense, because I heard you're into guys and have a boyfriend.' I'm like, 'Seriously? That's your tactic to get me to like you?' There will always be rumors, but I know who I am."

On battling his beefcake reputation:

"I love a topless run by the beach, and it does suck when paparazzi [are] there. It's like, 'F***, do I keep my shirt on because I don't want to be shirtless in another magazine?' I don't want to be known as the guy who always takes his shirt off. ... I've done a lot of photo shoots lately for the press coming up with Immortals and Breaking Dawn, and every photographer wants to get the topless shot. We've really had to be choosy and not do that for every magazine. I've actually been trying to keep my clothes on more."

On his preference in roommates:

"Honestly, I'd prefer to live with gay guys. They're the cleanest, and they just take care of stuff. Because I'm always away, coming home to a clean house means a lot to me. Trust me, I've lived with a lot of roommates, and straight guys are just kids who don't pick up after themselves."

Chaz Bono grabbed his dry cleaning in Los Angeles on Tuesday -- thank goodness!

We can't take any more of seeing Chaz in a white tank and basketball shorts; that's his outfit of choice every day at Dancing With The Stars rehearsal (and, as evident from these pics, even outside of rehearsal!)

First Lady Michelle Obama has revealed that her hubby, President Barack Obama, doesn't keep up with the Kardashians!

Michelle told iVillage.com that her daughters, Sasha and Malia, are only allowed to watch TV on the weekends -- and they take that opportunity to spend Sunday nights watching Keeping Up With The Kardashians. But, that doesn't make their dad too happy!

Says Michelle:

"Barack really thinks some of the Kardashian -- when they watch that stuff -- he doesn't like that as much ... I'm more concerned with how they take it in -- what did you learn when you watched that? And if they're learning the right lessons, like, that was crazy, then I'm like, okay."

Lindsay Lohan is getting her hair just right for Wednesday's progress hearing, and lucky for her, the stylist had no problem heading to her Venice pad for a blowout.

A solo Ashton Kutcher was spotted breaking the law texting and driving around Los Angeles on Tuesday morning, but it doesn't look like the Two and a Half Men star is ready to call himself a single man just yet, as he's still wearing his wedding ring!

Last night a visibly thinner Demi Moore attended the premiere of Margin Call in NYC, and though Ashton wasn't by her side, she was also wearing her blinged out wedding band. Perhaps all that counseling at the Kaballah Centre is helping them out after all...

Ashley Greene is Allure's November cover girl, and the Twilight starlet dishes on her career, the famous men she's dated and she even weighs in on her rumored feud with teen star Demi Lovato.

When asked about stealing Joe Jonas away from the Disney starlet (who went to rehab just a few weeks after the breakup), Ashley says:

"I'm really happy that she's doing well. She and I never had a problem with each other. But, you know, it doesn't go away.... Jen Aniston still gets asked about Angelina Jolie."

On her fame from the Twilight franchise:

"It's a double-edged sword. It's amazing to be known, and it's great that there is this audience that wants to know about me. But I'm like, 'I'm going to be known for coming out of the gym rather than [for] what film I have coming out.'"

So what's it like working with the oh so dreamy Robert Pattinson? "Rob. Oh, Rob. He's very endearing, but you've seen his interviews. He's like, 'Ah, I don't know.... Oh, God,'" Greene bumbles in imitation. However, Ashley calls her co-star a "phenomenal actor" and adds, "All of us essentially were unknown. So everyone kind of went through this crazy whirlwind [together] ... It was really nice to be able to confide in people who were going through the exact same thing."

Still, Greene says she tries to "avoid nightclubs and making out in public," but despite her efforts to stay out of the spotlight, she has been linked to everyone from Kings of Leon bassist Jared Followill to Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlane. "Seth and I are friends, and he texts me: 'I didn't know that not only were we dating, but we have since been confirmed to not be dating,'" she says. "I can assure you that we're not."
