Rihanna was photographed leaving the Sofitel Hotel in Paris on Wednesday, and the R&B superstar dressed down in head to toe denim. Most of us would never be able to pull this off, but c'mon, it's RiRi! She could wear a Hefty bag and combat boots and still be on everyone's best dressed lists!

In other Rihanna news, she has settled her lawsuit with famed photographer David LaChapelle after he claimed that she copied his work in her “S&M” music video. LaChapelle sued Rihanna and Def Jam for $1 million in damages, and after a Manhattan federal judge stated that LaChapelle “successfully allege[d]” that Rihanna and her director ripped off his photos, the Grammy winner settled the case for an undisclosed sum of money. LaChapelle's rep told the NY Post, “David is happy with the settlement.”

“I like RiRi,” LaChapelle previously said in a statement. “This is not personal, it’s strictly business. Musicians commonly pay to sample music or use someone’s beats and there should be no difference when sampling an artist’s visuals.”

After two cancelled court dates this week, the Conrad Murray murder trial has resumed.

Dr. Steven Shafer, who is an anesthesiologist and Propofol expert, is the prosecution's final witness. Last Friday, Shafer was the last witness to take the stand and is expected to wrap up his testimony today.

During his testimony, Shafer has explained how he's been working with Propofol for over 20 years.

He also revealed that he was hired by the company that produced the drug two decades ago ... to figure out the correct dosage.

Prosecutors are hoping Shafer will help to prove Dr. Murray was negligent when administering the drug to Michael Jackson.

David Arquette, 40, and Rob Kardashian, 24, and the rest of Season 13's Dancing With The Stars cast celebrated the season's halfway point at STK Lounge in Beverly Hills Tuesday night.

But at the soiree, while David looks dapper in a suit, Rob dressed down in a sweater and baseball cap. Rob has some growing up to do!

Of course, even a celebration can be a little nerve-racking. Arquette Tweeted, "#DWTS being at a Dance Party with professional dancers is an intimidating prospect". Give yourself some credit, David! You've made it this far!

That 70s Show star Danny Masterson and longtime girlfriend (eight years!) Bijou Phillips have finally married, People reports.

The couple had been engaged since 2009.

The two wed in Ireland on Tuesday in front of a small group of family and friends. The wedding, though intimate, was a formal affair at an Irish castle.

The bride, 31, wore a Zac Posen gown. Masterson, 35, had brother Chris Masterson by his side as his best man.

Justin Bieber has finally premiered the video for his new single, "Mistletoe", and we can't stop playing the catchy holiday-themed song!

The Biebs recently told Ryan Seacrest he wanted to do "something that people haven't heard before," and he also revealed new deets on his upcoming Christmas album, Under The Mistletoe, telling MTV that the LP was inspired by ... cookies?!

Justin said, "I was going to put out my album soon anyways, and I was thinking, 'It's near Christmas time. If I'm going to release an album near Christmas, I figure maybe I'd just do a Christmas album'. The fans get more music, and everyone's happy ... I just picked my favourite Christmas songs. I picked 'Silent Night,' I picked 'Santa [Claus Is] Coming to Town,' because everyone loves those songs. Those are classics. They get people excited for Christmas."

The 17-year-old pop phenom continued, "It's different, because you've gotta think Christmas time. You've gotta think, 'What's at Christmas? Mistletoe, reindeer, Santa, all these things.' And especially when it's not Christmas time, it's hard to really get your mind around it. But once you get into it, like, I was really thinking it was Christmas time when I was writing this album. ... We had Christmas cookies [in the studio]."

Mariska Hargitay is now a mother once again!

The Law and Order actress, married to Peter Hermann, adopted baby boy Andrew Nicolas Hargitay Hermann ... just six months after adopting daughter Amaya Josephine, according to People.

Hargitay, 47, tells the mag:

“We never in a million years thought it would happen this quickly, but something inside of us knew that this was right, and we said, ‘Yes, yes, yes!’ We knew this was our guy. Everything about it felt right. It felt divinely right.”

The actress is also mom to 5-year-old son, August.

LeAnn Rimes is back home from Chicago for good, and she wasted no time in making her family a priority.

The 29-year-old country songstress, hubby Eddie Cibrian and sons Jake and Mason, hit up the Wood Ranch Restaurant in Agoura Hills ... along with LeAnn's mom, Belinda Rimes accompanied by "bonus dad" Ted.
