Dr. Conrad Murray's involuntary manslaughter trial took a shocking turn on Wednesday morning as the defense announced it was abandoning one of its main points -- that Michael Jackson had accidentally killed himself by swallowing Propofol.

Testimony from two of the prosecution's witnesses, Dr. Alon Steinberg, a cardiologist, and Dr. Christopher Rogers, the doctor who declared Jackson's death a homicide, put big holes in that theory.

The defense could still argue that Jackson injected the drug, but Rogers testified that he thinks that is unlikely. Find out why below.

• The defense has argued that Murray was not negligent because he only left MJ alone for "two minutes to use the bathroom" after administering Propofol.



• Rogers pointed out that, if that is true, that would not have been enough time for MJ to self-administer Propofol, which the defense has argued is what killed Jackson.



• He also pointed out that Jackson would have had to wake up from his Propofol-induced sleep (Conrad said Jackson was sleeping when he left the room), and then given himself the drug.



• Jackson's death was the result of an overdose of Propofol. Rogers said what is more likely is that Murray gave Jackson several doses of Propofol over a few hours without monitoring the doses.

Ashton Kutcher is, of course, taking to Twitter to express his feelings after Us Weekly announced Wednesday that it had obtained an interview with Sara Leal, the 23-year-old who alleges that she and Kutcher slept together on the weekend of his anniversary with Demi Moore.

Early Wednesday morning, the actor Tweeted a link to a photo with the caption, "ahhhhhhhhhhh".

Later, he Tweeted to a photo of the keyboard keys "Ctrl" and "Esc" -- control and escape.

Wife Demi Moore has yet to speak out. Both have been spotted still wearing their wedding rings in recent weeks, and attending Kabbalah services together.

Yesterday Justin Bieber posted behind-the-scenes footage from his upcoming music video "Mistletoe", and Selena Gomez's main squeeze shares a smooch with another lady in the Christmas-themed clip. Hey, it's just for the cameras!

"We are in the holiday spirit," Bieber tells his fans. "I'm really excited. [The song is] really catchy. I know all my fans are going to love it. It's something that I feel like they're going to be singing every Christmas. It was getting near the holiday season and I hadn't put out an album in a while, so I was thinking, you know, I had a lot of ideas and I thought maybe I could write a few Christmas songs. Jessica Alba is suing pregnancy weight loss aid Belly Bandit for $1 million.

The now mother-of-two says the company has been using her name and likeness to endorse their product without her knowledge.

She and husband Cash Warren also have daughter Honor.

According to Alba's lawsuit, Belly Bandit listed her named under a Celebrity Testimonials section on its site, saying: "Jessica Alba's Secret for a Fast Post Pregnancy Slimdown!"

The actress is also seeking a portion of the company's profits.

Alba gave birth to her second child, daughter Haven, in August.

We're not sure what exactly Lindsay Lohan ate for dinner, but last night she tweeted, "why is kale so hard on the tongue? it's just not meant to be a 'food friend' of mine, no matter how hard i try!" Hmm, good question!

Jack Osbourne and fiancée Lisa Stelly are expecting!

Osbourne, 25, announced the news on CNN's Piers Morgan Tonight on Tuesday.

"I'm excited," he said. "I'm a little nervous."

The couple officially announced their engagement just two weeks ago.

This will be the first grandchild for Jack's famous parents, Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne. Sister Kelly Osbourne Tweeted Tuesday night:
