If anything is going to destroy a marriage, it's a good bet that running away with the guitarist for Journey is probably towards the top of the list.

White House gatecrasher Tareq Salahi is filing for divorce from his wife, Real Housewives of D.C. star Michaele Salahi.

This follows the harrowing week Tareq had after reporting his wife missing, assuming she had been kidnapped, only to discover that she had run off to Memphis to be with Journey's Neal Schon.

Michaele and Neal's public flaunting of the affair is said to have humiliated Tareq, who accuses the guitarist of sending a genitalia picture to him. He is filing for divorce on the basis of adultery and abandonment, according to TMZ.

In the divorce papers, filed today, Tareq states:

"[Michaele] continually exposes our friends and acquaintances to her adulterous relationship and has flaunted the same throughout the community, the nation and indeed the world, and thus caused me to suffer great harm, humiliation and embarrassment."

Not much of a surprise but ... ouch!

Nancy Grace is going to hopefully wow us with her dance moves this season on Dancing With The Stars. But if not, we sure are enjoying all of her many faces.

The HLN host and former prosecutor is partnered with DWTS professional Tristan MacManus for Season 13 of the hit ABC show.

We have a feeling that despite her hardcore personality, she'll manage to cha-cha-cha her way into our hearts!

She only gave birth to twins four months ago, but Mariah Carey is determined to get back into pre-pregnancy shape.

Hubby Nick Cannon told Us Magazine that she's been hard at work in the gym. "She's so focused right now on every aspect," he said. "She's going to come back and knock out the world. She's getting in shape."

Apparently the 41-year-old singer doesn't just want to be fit, she wants to look as skinny as she did twenty years ago! Nick, 30, told the mag:

"At two months she was walking around in a bathing suit. Every day she's just killing it. I personally think she's going to come out looking better -- looking like it's 1990! I think that's what she's aiming for, and I think she'll reach that goal."

The flamboyant NBA star went to the Los Angeles County Superior Court Friday morning to officially change his name to Metta World Peace, his publicist confirmed.

"Metta is his official first name; which in the Buddhist tradition means loving-kindness and friendliness toward others and his last name is World Peace," she said.

Thought he moniker is a bit odd, his publicist explained that spent years thinking about it and did a lot of "soul searching" before changing it.

As if the name change and his previous antics weren't enough -- like throwing a chair at a fan in Detroit back in 2004 -- the video below is proof that the attention-seeking Los Angeles Lakers forward will definitely be entertaining when the new season of Dancing with the Stars premieres next week.

23-year-old RiRi, who is climbing the charts with her latest single "Cheers," Tweeted that her new album is coming out this fall. She added:

"Yaaayy I can't wait to start filling u guys in on some details!!"

We can't wait to see who she's collaborating with for her sixth studio album.

In some not-so-good album news, Gwen Stefani's No Doubt has decided to postpone the release of their sixth album.

On the band's website, they wrote the following statement:

“Ideally our new record would be coming out this year but it's just not ready yet. We don't want to rush this album just to get it out."

Back in June, the band told Rolling Stone that the album was two months from being finished. On their site, No Doubt added:

"This collection of songs means everything to us and our only priority right now is to make sure that it's the best album we can possibly make."

It's been 10 years since No Doubt released an album. Looking forward to hearing their new sound!

Hilary Duff knows just how to relax while pregnant -- lots of pampering!

She was beaming as she got a mani-pedi with big sis Haylie Duff in Toluca Lake.

The mama-to-be wore a tight black tank and giant floral bell-bottoms while Haylie wore a silver-and-white striped sweater and long black skirt to the nail salon.

But Hilary must've been influenced by her sister because later that day the two were spotted shopping with Hil's hubby Mike Comrie and Haylie's BF Nick Zano at Confederacy on Hollywood Boulevard, and the 23-year-old actress/singer had changed into an oversized white sweater, black leggings and boots.

If we had a wardrobe as awesome as Hilary's, we'd change twice in one day too!

Forget planking ... Nicki Minaj is starting a new posing trend!

The quirky rapper Tweeted a pic of herself balancing -- in heels! -- inside a refridgerator. "There's definitely a technique behind #fridging barbz," she wrote.

It's not the first pose one would expect, but we have to admit that it makes for one cool pic (all puns intended). Not only that, it also set off a new craze -- tons of her Twitter followers posted pics to the "Super Bass" rapper trying out fridging for themselves.

Demi Lovato continues her publicity blitz to promote her upcoming album Unbroken ... hitting stores on Tuesday.

The Disney darling, 19, cruised through LAX without a stitch of makeup on, and we'll admit, she looks gorgeous.

Lovato's first single "Skyscraper" quickly climbed the charts and catapulted her right back into the music spotlight. The actress, who was in rehab earlier this year for an eating disorder, also recently scored an 2011 ALMA Award for Favorite TV Actress.
