The two grabbed lunch with their bro at the food truck that was on the lot and chatted up his DWTS co-stars Cheryl Burke and David Arquette.

Khloe looked like she's been practicing with the dancers herself -- her bod is slimmer than ever! But will she ever join Dancing with the Stars herself? She told X17online, "Never say never, but I don't know."

Both girls looked like they were making the practice space their runway -- Khloe showed up in a red button-down shirt dress, python-print belt and knee-high boots while Kylie looked sweet as can be in a black lace long-sleeve top, pale pink ballerina skirt and sky-high heels.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills's Lisa Vanderpump has just sold her sprawling Beverly Hills mansion -- the same home featured on the show (she lived across from castmate Adrienne Maloof.) And, of course, co-star Kyle Richards' husband, real estate agent Mauricio Umansky, brokered the deal.

The 17,000-square-foot home had an asking price of $29 million. It sits on two acres in the elite Beverly Park neighborhood, and features terraces, fountains, a tennis court, a swimming pool and spa, a wine cellar, seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms.

Reportedly, the Vanderpumps were looking for a smaller home since their two kids have moved out. So, they downsized to a 10,000-square-foot pad. That's small, right?

The home was built in 1996, and Lisa and restaurateur hubby Ken bought it in 2004 for $14 million.

Petra Ecclestone may be a billionaire, but that doesn't mean she needs to run out of the house totally done up.

The Formula 1 heiress ran errands around Los Angeles Thursday afternoon, stopping at a hair salon before shopping at the Sephora store in the Century City Westfield Mall. She finished off her day of spending by grabbing an Iced Blended drink to go from the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf in Beverly Hills.

Even though Petra went sans makeup, she still showed signs of her very well-to-do life, toting around her pricey neon yellow Birkin bag all day.
