This is one weird crime!

36-year-old Daniel Bedard has been charged after breaking into Celine Dion's Montreal home and running a bath, said police.

He also ate pastries from the fridge. An alarm alerted police that he was there.

Luckily, Celine and her family were not home at the time ... or they might have seen one very full naked guy!

Bedard is apparently a resident of the suburb where the home is, and was making suicidal comments while arrested. He is currently under evaluation at a hospital.

Glad Celine and her family are OK!

We caught up with the Mean Girls actress as she pulled up to the Byron & Tracey salon in Beverly Hills in her brand new Porsche Panamera, looking very lady-like in baby blue high-waited shorts and a black blazer, on Tuesday.

Reports have been circulating that Lohan hasn't been taking her court-ordered community service hours seriously, but the actress and her reps adamantly deny this claim.

Lohan's publicist said in a statement this week: "Lindsay has been performing community service at the Downtown Women's Center for months now. There are dozens of paparazzi shots of her going in and out of the facility. How could anyone think she is not doing her community service?"

Ellen DeGeneres was lucky enough to join Taylor Swift on stage last week when she performed at the Staples Center in downtown LA, and the TV host even got to play a musical instrument!

Swift asked DeGeneres if she was musically inclined, to which Ellen replied by playing a bongo and a triangle at the singer's feet.

DeGeneres later Tweeted of the musical duet with Taylor: “Just got off the stage with @TaylorSwift13 at Staples Center. Our song is now “Our Song”. #taylorswift.”
