Former Hills star and best-selling author Lauren Conrad has listed her Hollywood pad for $2.25 million.

The 3,009-square-foot Spanish-style home has 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, a pool, a stunning garden, breakfast bar, a full security system with 10 cameras and intercoms ... and a guest house that Lauren's former Hills co-star Audrina Patridge used to call home.

Ms. Conrad bought the cozy pad back in 2008 for $2.36 million. Sounds like the blonde starlet is losing some money on the deal, but we have a feeling she'll be moving on to bigger and better things. C'est la vie!

Madonna's time at the Venice Film Festival has been riddled with controversy!

First, her movie got panned by critics, then she rejected gifts from fans and now she's dissing pop's reigning princess -- Lady Gaga!

In Venice, Madge told French newspaper LeSoir:

"As for Lady Gaga, I have no comment on her obsessions related to me, because I do not know if it is based on something profound or superficial."

Gaga's music has drawn major comparisons to Madonna -- many accused her of copying Madge's "Express Yourself" with "Born This Way."

But Gaga says she's just a fan. She told Jay Leno in February, "There is really no one that is a more adoring and loving Madonna fan than me. I am the hugest fan personally and professionally."

Mark Ballas is ready to collect those votes for this season's Dancing With The Stars even though the show doesn't premiere until September 19!

The 25-year-old dancing stud has been heavily promoting his partnership with 24-year-old Hills star Kristin Cavallari with customized shirts, front and back, that read "Vote For Mark And Kristin."

Now that Kristin has split from her former fiance Jay Cutler, the sexy blonde is free to put the moves on Mark ... and not just on the dance floor. Could these two be headed for a showmance?

Oprah Winfrey is hoping Rosie O'Donnell will be a good fit for OWN TV. Both Lady O and the former View co-host are gracing the upcoming issue of O Magazine.

These two women certainly have their own sense of style and a great sense of humor!

Rosie, who will begin her own talk show on Oprah's network, opens up about moving her family from New York to Chicago. She tells the mag:

"Sometimes you go outside and get beat up by New York. The city accosts you. But being in the middle of Chicago, it's peaceful."

As for the fame that goes along with the job, Rosie adds:

"There are some things I'll never get back -- like the normality of life pre-fame. I've had to come to terms with the fact that fame is like a tattoo -- it doesn't go away."

Taryn Manning, 32, and Corey Feldman, 40, were quite the pair at Trousdale in West Hollywood Tuesday night!

Both partied at the hotspot ... we just can't figure out what they were wearing! Taryn seems to have gone with the '70s tablecloth look (plus those hot pink tips in her hair), while Corey just can't let go of the Michael Jackson tribute outfit.

Kate Gosselin isn't happy about her TLC reality show, Kate Plus 8 being canceled.

She's on the cover of this week's People, telling the magazine she's worried about maintaining the lifestyle she and her kids have become accustomed to thanks to the cash from the show.

"I'm freaking out. Big time. ... I told them [my kids] I will work my fingers to the bone to make sure that they can stay here and go to their school. There are no guarantees in life for anyone, but they know that I'm giving it my best shot."

Well, maybe you should have been saving up, Kate!

Meanwhile Kate, 36, is getting blasted for her most recent on-air freak-out; she yelled at her kids and their nanny for handing the family's bodyguard, Steve, a piece of pizza bare-handed.

The nanny can be heard saying, "It's all about him [Steve], isn't it?" Gosselin and Steve have been rumored to be dating in the past.

Gwyneth Paltrow and husband Chris Martin have been married for seven years, but it's not stopping the Contagion star from discussing extramarital affairs. Fortunately not hers.

The 38-year-old actress tells the Daily Telegraph:

"I am a great romantic — but I also think you can be a romantic and a realist. Life is complicated and long and I know people that I respect and admire and look up to who have had extra-marital affairs."

Apple and Moses' mom added, "If death by virus was a punishment for extramarital affairs there would only be three dudes left in this world right now." Yikes!

Reese Witherspoon is a happily married woman, but Jim Toth's wife is opening up in Marie Claire's October issue about her painful divorce from Ryan Phillippe.

Witherspoon tells the mag:

"I was hard on myself when I got divorced. And until I got remarried, I don't think I realized how stressed I was. I feel so much relief. I don't think I realized how stressed I was being a single parent. It was really, really stressful. It's not easy on anybody."

Fast forward to her current relationship with Toth, Reese adds:

"I got lucky. I did. I got very lucky, and he's so wonderful with the children. I'm very blessed."
