Kat Von D and Jesse James are engaged ... again!

This was a happy revelation from the tattoo artist Thursday, since earlier today TLC announced that it was canceling her show LA Ink.

Kat and Jesse each Tweeted pictures of themselves embracing at 2:30 p.m. PT, leading fans to wonder if something was up between the two. Jesse's black and white photo of the two in bed (above) was far more intimate than Kat's outdoor pic, and he even included the phrase "para siempre," meaning "forever."

Kat is even back to wearing her engagement ring.

Officially announcing that the engagement was back on, Jesse told People magazine:

"Sometimes you are only given one chance in life. It was up to me to open my eyes and see it. That girl is my chance. I will never stop fighting and striving to hold on to her. Showing her how special she is, and how much I love her."

The two coupled up last summer, just months after James' divorce from Sandra Bullock was finalized. They first got engaged in January, but called it off in July due to distance - Kat worked in Los Angeles while Jesse was mostly in Austin, Texas.

No word on when the couple will officially tie the knot.

In a new interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Ryan Seacrest -- who is plenty familiar with reality TV -- defends Bravo in the wake of Russell Armstrong's suicide.

The network has come under fire with some blaming the show as part of the reason Russell hanged himself. Russell, the husband of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Taylor Armstrong, was found Monday night. Seacrest says:

"In terms of the psychological analysis, for the competition shows they do quite a lot of that in terms of the background checking ... it's just one of those unfortunate situations."

Seacrest is the executive producer of Keeping Up With The Kardashians and Food Revolution.

Seven-month old Zachary Jackson Levon looked positively adorable in a tiny fisherman's hat and bright orange life vest as his proud papas held on tightly to him during at Club 55 in Saint-Tropez Thursday. The happy couple was joined on their extended vacation by David's family, including parents Jack and Gladys and brothers John and Peter.

Elton even gave a quick wave from the yacht before continuing to chat with friends and dote on his adorable tot.

Kim Kardashian has cut 50 guests from her Saturday wedding, says The New York Post.

Kim apparently had to make the cuts due to space restrictions, even though she's getting married on in a mansion that sits on a 10.9 acre estate (it belongs to Google's Eric Schmidt.)

And, reportedly, the people Kim cut include family members of her stepdad, Bruce Jenner! Ouch! She has also put a strict "no plus-one" policy in place.

But, even though she had to cut family, starlet Kim has made room, of course, for celebrities! The Post says that Justin Bieber, Demi Lovato and Serena and Venus Williams are all on the guest list.

Elle Fanning looked practically angelic as she shopped at Nordstrom in Calabasas, Calif.

The 13-year-old donned a long white dress and some cute, short cowboy boots. We still can't believe she's only 13! Elle is already so tall!

Dakota's little sister already made a splash in Super 8 this year, and she's got four more movies coming out in 2011 alone!

Nicole Kidman and Nicolas Cage are a married couple fighting for their lives in the upcoming thriller Trespass.

In the movie, Kidman, 44, and Cage, 47, are held for ransom by a bunch of masked intruders. Also starring in the flick ... Burlesque hottie Cam Gigandet.

Trespass hits theaters October 14.

Anne Hathaway, 28, is out promoting her new tearjerker One Day, but she also chatted with Chelsea Handler about her upcoming role in the new Batman movie.

She calls her Catwoman outfit "unforgiving," and told Handler, "Right now I'm living on kale and dust."

Sounds extreme!

The groom-to-be, looking casual in shorts and flip flops, made a pit stop to get gas for his black Range Rover in Beverly Hills. Let's hope he's ready for Saturday's heavily-orchestrated filming day ... we mean, wedding day.

Kim and Kris are reportedly going to postpone their honeymoon until summer 2012 so that Ms. Kardashian can continue filming her reality show in New York. Will their marriage last until then? E! hopes so.
