Now this is the life!

Katie Holmes carried daughter Suri Cruise in her arms for a second time Wednesday, toting her 5-year-old to a heliport in New York City.

As the actress carried her sleepy one towards their private helicopter ride, Suri held on tight to her beloved doll while mom also carried a plush doggy in her hands. But there was still one thing missing - Suri's blanket!

The poor girl was in tears without her beloved blanky, but a staff member found it just in the nick of time and Suri had it in her arms for the flight.

Suri definitely got over the incident fast - she was seen pressing her nose up against the helicopter window and making funny faces. So cute! It probably helped that mom Katie kept her cool before and during takeoff.

Lady Gaga is baring her soul and a whole lot more in the new promo video for the upcoming MTV MTV Video Music Awards. While playing her piano and singing her latest hit "You and I," the eccentric singer takes off her bra!

The awards show, taking place on August 28 at the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles, will feature a tribute to the one and only Britney Spears. Gaga is reportedly joining in on the tribute action. Wouldn't it be great to see Lady G perform "Baby One More Time?"

Speaking of Ms. Spears, the 29-year-old singer posed with a Moonman statue for an award's show promo. Check out that toned and tight tummy!

We can't wait to see all the surprises planned for the big show.

Kat Von D's TLC reality show, LA Ink, has been canceled, the network confirms.

Says TLC:

"TLC has decided that the current season of LA Ink will be its last. The network is proud of what the series has accomplished in its four seasons, following Kat Von D's journey as an artist from Miami to Los Angeles."

The current season -- the fourth -- premiered July 28. It received a publicity boost when, two days before the premiere, news broke that Von D and fiance Jesse James had split.

Promos for the season showcased the two's love story, and soon after the break-up news went public, Von D walked out of an interview with morning talk show Good Day LA because the show wanted to address the split. The incident further ignited buzz, but apparently all the talk wasn't enough.

On Wednesday, Von D sent a Tweet to a fan calling her show "annoying," which probably didn't help the series' falling ratings.

UPDATE: Kat Tweeted at 1:45 p.m. PDT -- "I love how me deciding to not continue doing LA Ink, turns into being 'cancelled.' Thanks @TLC. Regardless of everything I remain grateful."

Rumer Willis was one of many celebs at Adele's concert in Hollywood Wednesday night, and from her facial expression, the show appears to have blown her away!

Kourtney Kardashian Tweeted on Sunday that the bridesmaids' dresses for sister Kim's Aug. 20 wedding are green, but after meeting up with the fam, we're getting suspicious that the Tweet may have been a diversion!

Our photogs caught up with Khloe and Kourtney, Kris Jenner and Kylie and Kendall Jenner as they met with Kim's dress designer, Vera Wang, in Los Angeles, and the women seemed pretty sarcastic when chatting about their bridesmaids' dresses!

They dropped the term "green dresses" no less than six times when talking to us, and Kris Jenner emphasized as they headed inside, "We're going to go inside and get our green bridesmaids' dresses fitted!"

Nick Jonas and girlfriend Delta Goodrem are both singers, but they took in someone else's music Wednesday night -- Adele!

The couple, together since May, attended the singer's concert at the Hollywood Palladium Wednesday night and looked so happy! Nick, 18, held Delta's hand as they made their way through the packed crowd, and Delta, 26, couldn't stop smiling!

Nick and Delta vacationed in Bali together in June and Nick introduced her to his family in July. Things are getting serious ...

Star Colin Farrell couldn't be there, so it was young Hollywood's leading men who stole the show at Wednesday night's Fright Night premiere!

The event, at the Arclight in Hollywood, brought out Dave Franco (that's right -- James' little bro!), Christopher Mintz-Plasse (aka McLovin from Superbad) and Anton Yelchin.

We couldn't take our eyes off of Dave! The hottie, 26, is on the verge of a major career! He's been acting since 2006, mostly on TV shows like Scrubs, but now Dave is transitioning into movies. He stars in Fright Night, and up next he's in 21 Jump Street with Channing Tatum in Jonah Hill.

Now the question is ... is he as weird as James?

If you've been dying to hear new music from Justin Bieber, the wait is almost over!

But the news gets better than that - the teen dream is reportedly working on not one but two albums.

Justin has been in the studio for a few weeks now with producers like will.i.am and the very young Julian Swirsky (yes, that's the same 16-year-old buddy Justin set up with Kendall Jenner!), and he's already collaborated with Chris Brown. Sadly, no word yet on if he'll work with GF Selena Gomez.

Justin is excited about his hard work too. He Tweeted Tuesday, "in the studio writing with @TrickyStewart - last time this happened a song called BABY happened. LEGGO. #believe"

What's with the hashtag? Though the singer does have a penchant for starting Twitter trends, this one has some meaning behind it - though it hasn't been officially announced, "Believe" is expected to be the name of his album dropping this fall.
