Ali Lohan is ready to take the modeling world by storm!

Lindsay's 17-year-old sister has been featured in numerous photos for Lilo's 6126 clothing line, however she has now been signed to Next Model Management.

Ali's dad, Michael Lohan, tells X17online exclusively:

"We couldn't be happier for her. I think Ali has been living in Lindsay's shadows for long enough. This is the perfect outlet to showcase her talent. It's been a long time coming. Plus, can you believe it ... she's 5 '10!"

Next Model's Director Alexis Borges released the following statement:

“We are very excited to be working with Ali. We believe she will rock the fashion
industry with her modern approach to fashion."

Other models who have been repped by Next Model Management are Molly Sims and Miranda Kerr. Work it, girl!

Samantha Ronson has been charged with a misdemeanor DUI following her arrest last week.

The DJ was arrested the morning of August 1 in Barstow, Calif., following a DJ gig in Las Vegas.

Ronson, 33, has been charged with two counts of driving under the influence -- her blood alcohol level was more than the legal limit -- .08.

If convicted, she faces up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine.

This would be Ronson's first DUI if convicted.

X17 snapped photos of Ronson and girlfriend Erin Foster picking up the DJ's Porsche from the impound post arrest.

How different things might have been ...

The Sun reports that Nicole Kidman, 44, originally had the part of Mrs. Smith in the 2005 film Mr. And Mrs. Smith -- the movie that brought Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie together.

But the paper says the movie's producer, Arnon Milchan, said that Pitt, 47, told Milchan he felt no spark with Kidman. So, Angelina Jolie, 36, replaced her.

She's back!

It feels like it's been forever since we've seen Megan Fox on the big screen, but alas! The first stills of her from the new indie movie Friends With Kids have just been released. And no, we didn't mix that up with Friends With Benefits. This is a drama ... and there are babies involved!

Friends With Benefits is the directorial debut from Jennifer Westfeldt, girlfriend of Mad Men's Jon Hamm, and both just so happen to star in the flick along with Kristen Wiig and Adam Scott. The four play a group of 30something BFFs, but the whole crew is impacted dramatically when Westfeldt and Scott have a baby together.

She may work right next to American Idol alums Simon Cowell and Paula Abdul on The X Factor, but Nicole Scherzinger is striking out on her own in the September issue of Marie Claire ... and she looks gorgeous doing it!

In a far cry from her Pussycat Dolls days of corsets and leather, The X Factor judge opted for a natural, beach-friendly look for her new photo spread. Nicole may look demure, but she's still got those cat-like instincts when it comes to her career. She told the mag:

"I definitely have the eye of the tiger. I've fought my way to where I am and will continue to do so. I'm a hard worker - I get it from my family. We only know work. Nothing was handed to us. When I believe in something, I go after it. It's very hard to tell me 'no.'"

Have you heard her latest single "Right There"? Clearly no one is telling this gal what to do! In fact, there's only one place Nicole's taking a backseat - on The X Factor. But that's only because sometimes it's just fun to sit back and watch back her co-stars. "I'm the luckiest person to get a front-row ticket to the Simon and Paula show. This whole thing has felt like a roller-coaster ride," she told the mag.

Halle Berry, a diva? No way!

The actress did her own shopping Monday, rolling her groceries out of a Bristol Farms supermarket in Beverly Hills. Looks like Halle stocked up on all the essentials - veggies, chips and even a baguette (it must be a fam fave - boyfriend Olivier Martinez was spotted with one last week!).

Okay, we have to admit - she did have some help unloading all those bags into her SUV. But it was a lot of food! Plus we're pretty sure it didn't take any arm twisting for the Bristol Farms guys to help her out.

The flick, The Odd Life Of Timothy Green, is a new, magical movie from Disney that looks super cute!

As if being the daughter of Madonna isn't enough, fashionista/blogger/clothing designer Lourdes Leon is taking her Material Girl line (launched with mom, natch) to a whole new level ... makeup!

Lourdes launched the new Material Girl Beauty line in New York City Tuesday, puckering up to the glittery new nail polishes and lip glosses. In a press release, Lourdes said:

“It was so much fun getting to pick all of my favorite scents for the Material Girl body products and lip glosses. The body products have fun names like Wicked Watermelon, Flirty Fruit, Midnight Magnolia and Sinful Sugar. I chose scents that I loved.”

And that adorable red and while polka dot tank? Courtesy of Material Girl's Spring/Summer 2011 line, of course. But it's those white Doc Marten boots that we're coveting. If only we had that much style at 14!
