Looks like someone forgot to feed the meter!
David Arquette was all smiles in LA as he chatted on his cell phone -- until he got to his car and found a ticket on the windshield!
It's common knowledge in LA that you can get a ticket within the first five seconds of parking anywhere when you don't feed the meter, so why are celebs always getting so many parking tickets?
We guess the
Scream 4 star can afford the $65+ penalty in lieu of feeding the meter -- what major celeb carries that much loose change anyway?
Find out where David celebrated his 40th birthday (and if Courteney was there!) after the jump ...

Samantha Ronson plans to cover up the tattoo she got in 2008 that matched ex girlfriend Lindsay Lohan's, reports
The New York Post.
Sam got a small heart tattooed on her left hand in '08 -- a tat Lindsay already had.
The Post reports that Sam has plans to get a new tattoo that will cover the heart. Lindsay got the tat, also on her left hand, in 2006 with then-beau Harry Morton.
Lindsay's dad, Michael Lohan, commented on the report to X17online exclusively, saying:
"How could she do that? It's like a slap in Lindsay's face. I wish Sam would just go away."
On Monday, Ronson was
charged with a DUI stemming from her August 1 arrest.
Lindsay also got a tattoo to match one of Sam's ... get a refresher on what it was after the jump.

Katherine Schwarzenegger is opening up about her famous parents' separation.
Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver's oldest daughter, 21, admitted to
Harper's Bazaar that though the split has been hard, she's been taking comfort in her family. Katherine told the mag:
"I really do believe everything happens for a reason. A lot of the time, it's hard to understand in the moment why things are happening, but I really do think that. I also like to think God doesn't really give you anything you can't handle."
Arnold and Maria tried very hard to keep their four kids - Katherine, Christina, 19, Patrick, 17, and Christopher, 13 - out of the spotlight, and that's helped their eldest in dealing with the public's perception of the family. Katherine says:
"My parents always really sheltered us, so when [the separation] started happening, it was like everything came out of nowhere overnight. I would go out to lunch, and literally 20 people would come and scream at me. And I'm like, This is so inappropriate; you're trying to provoke me to have an attack and say something crazy."
Find out what Katherine had to say about staying away from reading the headlines ... after the jump.

Forbes has named the hottest hip-hop stars of 2011 ... when it comes to cash, anyway.
Not surprisingly, Jay-Z is No. 1. Since August 2010, the mogul has raked in about $37 million from touring, his sportsbar chain and other investments.
But is his
The Throne partner, Kanye West, No. 2?
Not quite. Sean "Diddy" Combs got second best with a close $35 million thanks to his Bad Boy record label, Sean John clothing line and Ciroc vodka endorsement deal.
West was third -- a surprisingly distant third. Find out how much he made after the jump, and get the full list!

Charlie Sheen's ill will towards
Two and a Half Men seems to have disappeared. The embattled star says he really wants to find out how his character on the show dies.
"Who's not going to watch? I'll be there front and center, I'm just as curious as everybody else," Charlie told
Extra.
Not only that, he says he's excited about the show's future, even though he won't be apart of it. He said:
"I'm actually rooting hard for them and that worm is turning. It should be exciting. It'll be nice to know that they get some carry-over ratings from people being sort of curious about what happened to their guy."
Kind but a little bit narcissistic. Now that's more like it, Charlie! Including that worm part - we have no idea what that means.
Find out how he thinks Ashton Kutcher will do taking over for him on the sitcom ... after the jump.

Kate Middleton famously did her own makeup for her royal wedding, and designer Vivienne Westwood is unimpressed!
Says Viv, 70, in a new interview with the UK's
Sunday Times Magazine:
"I think she's got a problem with eye make-up! ... The sharp line around her eyes make her look hard. Either she should be smudgy or wear none."
The designer also dissed Kate's general style. She said:
"It seems to me that her image is 'ordinary woman.' ... I just think she should be an extraordinary woman ..."
Well, 40 years in the fashion industry has certainly given Viv the right to speak her mind, at least. Do you agree with her assessment of Kate?
