We caught up with Pete Wentz as he toted adorable son Bronx to the Beverly Center mall in LA, and we must admit the rocker looks a lot happier since splitting with ex-wife/baby mama, Ashlee Simpson.

The Fall Out Boy bassist has been celebrating his newfound freedom partying it up with his band The Black Cards in NYC, while also meeting up with former flame Michelle Trachtenberg -- and countless other hotties.

But Miss Simpson isn't sitting at home alone! The singer has also moved on, and has recently been spotted getting cozy with sexy Boardwalk Empire star Vincent Piazza. The pair couldn't keep their hands off each other on a recent trip to NYC, and even shared a very public kiss on the street in Manhattan.

It looks like Ash and Pete are officially done!

Reality superstar Bethenny Frankel look bright and beautiful in a stunning hot pink dress and sexy orange heels as she celebrated the launch of her newest cocktail, Skinnygirl Sangria, at the Gramercy Park Hotel in NYC.

The former Real Housewives of New York star is currently filming her second season of Bethenny Ever After for Bravo, while also collaborating with Wal-Mart on a new skin and body-care line, set to hit stores in November.

Frankel's new line, Skinnygirl Face & Body Solutions and Skinnygirl Mommy, will feature 30 products including face solutions, body solutions, lip treatments and gift sets. And here's the best part -- all products will be priced under $15.

Could a talk show be next for the busy entrepreneur?

Lindsay Lohan is anxious to get back to her acting career, but the film Gotti: In the Shadow of My Father starring John Travolta, may not be in the cards for the 25-year-old starlet.

Steve Honig, rep for both Lindsay and the Gotti film, tells X17online:

"The producers of the film are still very much in talks with Lindsay to play the role of Kim Gotti. It was never locked down. There was no signed agreement. Right now, serious talks are going on with producers and Lindsay's management."

X17online asked Fiore Films CEO Marc Fiore about Lindsay not being officially signed on and he told us, "I don't know anything about that."

Actor Joe Pesci recently filed a $3 million lawsuit against Fiore claiming his role was switched without his knowledge ... resulting in a lesser role for lesser pay. Fiore says Pesci did not have a written contract.

Kim Kardashian and her bootylicious bod are gracing the cover of the appropriately-titled new magazine, World's Most Beautiful - and it's the first ever 3D glossy.

The shoot took place at a top-secret location in the California desert, and the photos turned out absolutely stunning. "[Photographer] Nick Saglimbeni came up with the idea and we had the most amazing shoot out in the desert with all kinds of stunning outfits," the soon-to-be bride blogged. "I love the black lace body suit!"

We bet fiancé Kris Humphries is a fan of that body suit too!

You'll need 3D glasses in order to get the full effect of Kim's photos. The final images will be revealed Thursday.

Can anyone make a t-shirt and jeans combo look better than Sofia Vergara? We doubt it!

The Smurfs star, 39, stepped out for lunch and a quick shopping trip in Beverly Hills, and she looked totally chic spicing up a dark gray short-sleeved sweater with gold and amber jewelry. (Seriously, that necklace? To die for!)

We're also loving Sofia's lighter locks. Then again, the Colombian stunner is actually a natural blonde!

Gwyneth Paltrow is opening up in the latest issue of Elle magazine, and she talks about rumors of a split between her and hubby Chris Martin, lead singer of Coldplay.

We haven't seen the two out in public together in about a year, and rumors of a split are rampant. Says Gwyn:

“Sometimes it’s hard being with someone for a long time. We go through periods that aren’t all rosy ... you never know what’s going to happen. If, God forbid, we were ever not to be together, I respect him so much as the father of my children. ... You can never be relaxed or smug and think, I’ve got this thing."

Interesting. Gwyneth and Chris married in 2003, having met only about a year before that. They have two children, Apple and Moses.

Gwyn also spoke about why she launched the website GOOP, saying:

"“Where is the great bar with organic wine? Where do I get a bikini wax in Paris? People know that I know that…"
