Careful, Kate!

Newlywed Kate Moss, 37, had to catch her strapless top in St.-Tropez, where she's vacationing with her daughter, Lila Grace.

Of course, some topless time probably wouldn't bother Kate too much -- later that day she dove and swam off of the yacht that she and Lila Grace are staying on ... sans swimsuit top.

Moss brought three of Lila Grace's friends with them on the trip. They're on board the Beluga yacht, moored off the Pampelone beaches. Kate headed to Club 55 beach restaurant in her green fringe get-up.

Kat Von D is trying to get over her very sudden breakup with biking bad boy Jesse James. The two called off their engagement last month.

The Ink'd star, 29, was asked how she's been handling the split while filling up her black Bently at a Hollywood gas station. A slightly emotional Kat replied:

"Hey, can you just give me the day off? That would be nice. Thank you."

Jesse and Kat began dating in August 2010, less than two months after Sandra Bullock filed for divorce from James, who had cheated on her.

Vanity Fair has released a sneak peek of its 72nd annual International Best Dressed List.

Justin Timberlake, Armie Hammer and Colin Firth are named for the first time.

Carey Mulligan and Tilda Swinton are on the women's, both for the second time. And, perhaps surprisingly ... Lady Gaga! Most Interesting dressed, yes, -- "best" ... we're not sure ... meat dress, anyone?!

Carla Bruni-Sarkozy, wife of French pres Nicolas Sarkozy, made the list for the fourth time, though her hubby did not.

But, both of America's first couple made it! President Obama and Michelle make their first appearance together on the Best-Dressed Couples list. Michelle has been on the list on her own for the past four years.

And, not surprisingly, Kate Middleton got a spot, too! VF honored her for "her signature mix of high and low fashion."

Kate stunned at her wedding, but she's also made headlines for recycling looks and dressing down, but remaining elegant, in her ordinary life (her and Will shop for their own groceries.)

Architectural Digest

Will and Jada Pinkett Smith have opened up the doors to their gorgeous Malibu mansion ... and we are SO jealous!

The power couple is showing off their fancy family adobe-style digs in the latest issue of Architectural Digest. When asked about the 25,000 square foot estate, Jada tells the mag:

"For Will and me this home was always a spiritual endeavor. We’re very earthy, organic people. We wanted to create a family retreat, something made by hand and as natural as possible, something that ties back to the land. Whatever it becomes, the craftsmanship will always represent our union and the love of our family."

Mila Kunis came to co-star Justin Timberlake's defense at a Moscow press junket for Friends With Benefits -- and she did it in Russian!

The reporter asked why Timberlake is focusing on movies instead of music, and Kunis pounced all over her! She said:

"Why movies? Why not? What kind of question is that? Why are you here?"

Ouch! Justin is adorable -- he's got headphones on to hear the translations, and jokes that Kunis is his "bodyguard." Watch it all in the video above!

Sean Kingston sat down with MTV for his first interview since his Memorial Day weekend jet ski crash, and revealed that his situation was much more dangerous than the public might have known.

After the crash, the media knew that Kingston was in the ICU with a broken jaw and water in his lungs. But Kingston told MTV's Sway that his condition was even more dire.

Kingston: “It was a tragic situation. I had open-heart surgery … I had two other surgeries … it was a life-or-death surgery."

Sway: "You almost died?"

Kingston: "Yeah."

Luckily, Kingston is doing well now. He's heading to LA soon to start working on a new album.

During her Femme Fatale tour in New York at the Nassau Coliseum, Brit brought Mr. Trawick on stage during her performance of "Lace and Leather" ... putting a pink boa and her legs around his neck. You go, girl.

Trawick, wearing handcuffs, was all smiles during Britney's provocative lap dance. We'd be smiling, too!
