Don't mess with Twilight.

Summit Entertainment just made that loud and clear. The production company announced Monday that they have taken legal action against the individuals allegedly responsible for leaking Breaking Dawn photos in March.

While the investigation is ongoing, Summit believes the leak came from Posadas, Argentina, and Daiana Santia is being singled out as one of the members of a group believed to have stolen footage of the film.

The international investigation has led to civil charges being field in the United States and Argentina, and criminal charges in Santia's home country.

David Friedman, Summit Entertainment's Executive VP and general counsel, said in the press release:

“While we very much appreciate the legions of committed fans of the franchise and encourage them to create community online, we cannot ignore that property was stolen. It is not fair to the majority of fans that want to see the final chapter of the Twilight Saga film franchise fully realized by the filmmaker and dedicated cast and crew to have these images out and available on the Internet.”

Even though studios are generally upset when photos and footage are leaked, few go as far as Summit has and pursued legal action. But part of the appeal of Twilight is seeing how true the movies stay to the book, so the turn of events makes sense.

The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1 will hit theaters November 18, while Part 2 is set for a November 16, 2012, release.

The ninth season premiere of CBS' Two And A Half Men will feature the funeral of Charlie Harper -- otherwise known as Charlie Sheen's character.

Deadline reports that the premiere will be in two parts, and Harper's numerous girlfriends form the series will come back for the funeral.

Harper's house will go on the market, and potential buyers will include real-life celebrities and stars from Men co-creator Chuck Lorre's other series. Ashton Kutcher's character will buy the house, and somehow Harper's brother (Jon Cryer) and nephew (Angus T. Jones) will stay in the picture.

Reportedly, Lorre is trying to keep the details under wraps. The cast got the premiere's script at the last possible minute, and audience members at the episodes' tapings will have to sign non-disclosure agreements.

After her early morning arrest for DUI In Baker, California, Samantha Ronson called in sick to her scheduled DJ gig last night at The Brig in Venice.

Our source tells us she told club bosses she "had a rough day and won't be able to make it." Three hours behind bars sounds pretty rough to us, too!

We're also told the fill-in DJ made the announcement over the mic that Sam wasn't going to be spinning for them, and unfortunately the crowd had no reaction. Ouch!

The 33-year-old DJ was pulled over by the California Highway Patrol at 10:30am Monday for speeding in her black Porsche and failed a sobriety test. She refused to take a breathalyzer and was transferred to the Barstow station where she blew over the legal limit.

Ronson was booked at 2:00pm and charged with DUI.
