Kat Von D isn't holding back any of her feelings when it comes to her breakup with ex fiance Jesse James ... and her Good Day L.A. debacle yesterday morning when she walked out of a planned interview. She's letting it all come out on Facebook.

The LA Ink star wrote:

“In my relationship I never before felt as solid and strong— even though the world said different by all the criticism. Lost a lot of friends, and even caused turmoil within some of my family members ... Some fans even changed their perception of who they thought I was ... never planned on walking away from this relationship, let alone the timing of things.”

As for her walking out of a scheduled interview on Fox 11's Good Day L.A., Kat adds:

“Most of the time I’m good at rolling with the punches when things don’t go ‘as planned,’ ” Kat wrote of her actions yesterday on the morning program. “But somehow, I allowed today to get the best of me. As much as I’d like to picture me being this strong, independent woman, the truth is most of the time I’m not as strong as I’d like to be — but I’m still trying.”

Oprah Winfrey is proving what a great friend she is to Maria Shriver. The talk show queen drove in from Montecito to grab a bite to eat at Spago in Beverly Hills. Shriver's son Christopher and daughter Christina also joined the group.

Great to see the 13-year-old boy in such great spirits after his recent boogie boarding accident that sent him to the hospital with a collapsed lung.

As for Maria, her impending divorce from Arnold Schwarzenegger appears to be taking a heavy toll on her and, no doubt, being surrounded by friends like Lady O, is just what she needs.

Aniston has had quite a busy summer promoting her new film, Horrible Bosses, and spending all her free time with new man, Justin Theroux. But after just a few short months, could the pair be talking marriage already?

It's been reported Jen and Justin are planning a relaxed wedding in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico that will take place later this year, with just a few close friends in attendance.

Kim has been enduring a vigorous workout routine, and has employed two celebrity trainers to whip her bod into shape before her wedding to NBA star, Kris Humphries.

A mere two days after exiting the ER, Christopher Schwarzenegger looked healthy and happy as he visited big bro Patrick on the job, at The Grove, on Wednesday.

The 13-year-old was admitted to the ICU on July 17 after suffering a collapsed lung, broken bones and broken ribs from a boogie boarding accident in Malibu. Thankfully he was released on Monday and is expected to make quick recovery.

Chris, along with mom Maria Shriver and big sis Christina, 20, visited Patrick at the posh West Hollywood mall where he's working/interning for the summer -- directly under the malls owner, Rick Caruso. They also took some time to chat with Mario Lopez, who shoots a segment for Extra at the mall.

The "Blow" singer stripped down for a black-and-white photo shoot with famed photographer Terry Richardson, and the results are so normal that they're almost shocking. But we kind of love them.

And Ke$ha does too! In fact, she was so into the one above that she Tweeted:

"good one uncle terry; )"

The Kardashian sisters are known for getting all doll-ed up. Now, they're getting Dollhouse-ed up!

The sisters revealed the name and cover of their new book Wednesday -- Dollhouse.

This is the trio's first fiction effort. In November, they released Kardashian Konfidential -- a book of their tips on living a Kardashian-esque life.

The name 'Dollhouse' was actually suggested by a fan -- the sisters had a contest and picked their favorite of titles submitted by fans.

The family has certainly been busy as of late -- the sisters had Kim's bachelorette party last weekend and a photo shoot for a magazine this week, though they wouldn't reveal which mag.

Katie Holmes proved Wednesday that if you've got an iPad, you can do anything.

The device was all Ms. Holmes needed at a Los Angeles meeting.

She also kept things low-key with her ensemble; a crisp, classic white shirt, jeans and a ponytail holder ... just in case!
